No items, no tracking with royal mail, no answer to emails,
SCAM site from what I can tell

As others have said please please don’t use this company a total scam so hoping the website gets taken down asap. Ordered England ruby shirt for my grandchildren to give to my daughter on Mother’s Day guess what no replies to all my messages on their website or replies to emails. A hard lesson learnt to read reviews first.

Never received the products I ordered. I have emailed and tried chatting through the website but all attempts have been ignored.

I am going to find them and have the website removed from service

Order never received. Contacted multiple times, but they never responded. Had to get a refund through PayPal.

scam website. if you have already ordered the best thing to do is request a refund from your bank. do not wait for a response from Cakoo.

Ordered England rugby shirt for my husband . Not delivered after 3 weeks . Emailed ‘customer services ‘ several times with no acknowledgment, response or update . I wish I had read the reviews before ordering and paying them.

They are scam company. I've emailed them to get my Jerseys or money back...not heard a word

Ordered a Scottish Rugby Shirt 4weeks ago....still not delivered, no up-dates, have sent 4 emails to "customer service" not one reply, no idea if the item is coming or not ! Hopeless ...!!

Bought 2 rugby shirts as my brother had taken his own life, and requested we wore rugby shirts at the memorial. They have failed and tricked into paying, but not delivered...under these circumstances... do not trust them, beware of subtle name changes and review them to get them investigated and banned... unless I report back that they actually deliver... the clock is ticking. Nobody answered my recent email re delivery date... If no news this week, then DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THEM...

Scammers- do not use!! Take payment and don’t deliver. Transaction went through against company in Hong Kong
