Silly Robot Cards helps you make a card that feels as though it could only have been made for them. Start with the person and the things that make them, them: their face, pets, hobbies, favourite places, milestone age or an inside joke only your family would understand. We turn those details into original card ideas for you to preview and edit. Choose your favourite, add your message, then order it as a printed card or send it as an eCard. You don’t need any design skills or technical know-how. AI works quietly behind the scenes to help bring your idea to life; you stay in control of what the card says and how it looks. Our cards are made for the moments when something from the supermarket shelf simply won’t do: a big birthday, an anniversary, a brilliant friend, a much-loved pet, or someone who deserves to feel properly known. Cards are designed and printed in the UK and supplied with an envelope. Delivery options and prices are shown clearly at checkout. Customers tell us they love the originality, the print quality and the reaction their cards get. That’s what matters most to us: helping you make something personal, funny or heartfelt that they’ll want to keep. Because the best cards aren’t generic; they’re full of the details that make someone special.

I haven’t received my card yet
I haven’t received my card yet. I ordered on November 27 and 29. Paid extra for expedited shipping. It states 4-5 five days. It’s now December 6 th and as far as I can tell the cards haven’t left the UK yet. DHL estimate delivery time is December 12 th and 15th. Not sure I will ever have time to get them mailed before Christmas

Vastaus yritykseltä Silly Robot Cards
We’re very sorry your expedited orders didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, especially so close to Christmas. We completely understand how stressful it was not knowing whether you would have enough time to post them, and the tracking estimates clearly didn’t match the service you paid for.

It would have helped to preview the inside of the card before purchase. i ended up with a third of the verse missing. did not know this until card arrived. waste of money.

Vastaus yritykseltä Silly Robot Cards
We’re very sorry, Paul. You should have been able to clearly check the full inside verse before purchasing, and receiving a card with part of it missing was understandably disappointing. Thank you for highlighting why a clear inside preview is so important.

You sent to wrong cards on the re-order. They did not have the same image and there was no message on the inside.

Vastaus yritykseltä Silly Robot Cards
I’ve checked your orders and can confirm that on your second order a different card design was selected and no inside message was added at checkout. Our system prints exactly what is confirmed on the order, so we aren’t able to see or change your intended design or message.
I’m sorry for any confusion.

Absolute con
Absolute con - try as you might to create your personalised card, AI will keep changing things you haven't asked it to so you have to pay for more and more tokens to rectify these changes!!
Stay well away!

Vastaus yritykseltä Silly Robot Cards
Hi Claire,
I’m really sorry that creating your card felt so frustrating. Our editor uses AI, which means small changes to the description can sometimes update more of the design than expected – that’s clearly not what you wanted here.
As soon as you emailed on 18 November, I processed a full refund the same day so you weren’t out of pocket for trying the site.
The vast majority of customers are able to create their card without needing extra tokens, but your experience shows we still need to make the controls clearer and more predictable, especially for first-time users.
Thank you for giving Silly Robot a try and for the feedback – even when it’s not positive, it helps us improve.
