Never received my order. Lots of emails and false promises. This company is a scam.

Big thank you to Emily has been brilliant from start to finish my order turned up really quickly and I’m over the moon with my purchase absolutely beautiful will definitely be recommending to friends and family and I will definitely be making more purchases

L'azienda mi deve un rimborso di 224 euro per materiale mai pervenuto perché mai spedito. Per prendere tempo hanno inventato la scusa che il tracking era stato smarrito e che avrebbero inviato un secondo pacco dopo 2 mesi dall'ordine, pacco mai pervenuto. È più di un mese che sto cercando di sollecitare il rimborso e non lo fanno, rispondendo in modo cortese che lo stanno per elaborare. Ma poi non lo elaborano

Absolutely horrendous experience! The item was not delivered; apparently, my postcode was entered incorrectly, which was definitely not the case! Tried to have it resent but was expected to wait another week, so requested a refund. "Emily" assured me the refund had been processed, but I have not received the funds. In the end, my bank did a chargeback. Honestly, such a drawn-out process, I wish I'd read reviews first!

Yes definitely a scam evil scum bag Emily . She sent me lots of e mails saying she was tracking my order in total lies of course .

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication is second to none. I would and HAVE recommended this company to friends. Quality of products is excellent! If you have placed items in your basket, stop thinking. ORDER NOW!

Not only is the product wonderful I was really impressed with Emily’s handling of a lost parcel which was ultimately returned to her. She then paid for a new delivery from UK to NZ.

I’ve shown my neighbours my flowers -the tulips and they are also impressed with the product

Never received my order, still chasing my refund, reading the rest of these reviews I doubt I will receive my refund.
Stay away from this company.

Lovely flowers! We had a delay in receiving them, but they did arrive, and Emily was great to deal with, always responsive and kept me in the loop all the time.
They make my office space so much more beautiful with my gorgeous yellow tulips!

Definitely a scam . Have been waiting for order and responses to emails for over 3 months now
Emily is always pleasant and still nothing happens with regards to shipment or refund .
They have stopped replying to my emails now and I have not had refund

This is a huge scam. Dont order from this place silhouette vases. My order never arrived and keep getting fobbed off about refund from someone called Emily. Do not order from them 😡

They have apparently shipped my $270 order 3 times, but keep forgetting to put the last digit at the end of my postcode. They use the excuse that they are a small business so please be patient. 4 months later and I still haven't received my vases or a tracking number (despite promised express tracking). I've since learnt that they scam people. Don't use this company!

I love my purchase. The tulips looks so real and it matches well with the vase. Very happy to display on top of my piano.

Order didn’t arrive, contacted by company to say courier issue. Replacement supposedly dispatched and also hasn’t arrived. Have now requested refund and will raise a fraud claim with my bank.

Ordered on the 15th of Feb still not received. Emailed me stating package was missing and would refund this was a week ago!! Poor communication, lack of interest. Do not buy avoid avoid avoid!!!

I received no tracking information. One week after purchase I got an email from Emily to say their delivery partner was overwhelmed and it might take longer to get to me. Two weeks later, I followed up on where my order was and was told that they'd follow it up, but suggested that maybe I'd missed the delivery. I requested the tracking number so I could follow it up. Instead, Emily replied that the order had been returned to them because the postcode was missing a digit, and blamed it on being a small business learning curve. I checked the reviews here (too late) and put in a Paypal refund request.

Für mich ein Fakeunternehmen, Vase bestellt niemals angekommen, schreibe mehrmals, jetzt kein Kontakt mehr, Geld ist wohl futsch… wer klug ist lässt die Finger weg 😡

I made a purchase costing over £100 last September 2025 it’s now March 2026 I haven’t received my order or my refund. I definitely think this is a scam. Lies after lies still no refund. Unbelievable in this day and age you buy something in good faith and people and companies are scamming!! Stay away!
