Totally recommend, this company goes above and beyond in training & long after it too. Cannot fault any of it, they’re always on end of phone if needed, very pleasant to deal with. If I could give 10 stars I would! I purchased the RF machine and all my clients and myself LOVE it! Big results! Amazing! 100% recommend.

Amazing customer service. A especially Stacy

Easy ordering online and package arrived within a couple of days .
A great company to deal with always respond promptly with any questions I may have . Thank you Silhouette!

Training was very informative. This was more of a refresher for me as I had done Core of Knowledge back in 2023 but it was really good to refresh my memory and knowledge. This industry is forever changing so its good to know that there are companies out there developing courses that are this informative. Highly recommend!

Fabulous demo of machines, enthusiastic and supportive team

Absolutely outstanding service and machines. I have both the Dermatherm radio frequency machine for skin tightening in face and body. My clients enjoy the treatments and the results are great. I also really purchased their microneedling device which is really good. Trainer Becci is outstanding, really helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and just such a lovely person. Everyone in their head office who I have ever spoken is also really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend

Best service Operakliniken

Efficient delivery and packaged very well.

I have always stayed with this company because they give the industry such a good name with Thier positive attitude and ever evolving machines ideas and support, I have always felt supported by the company and informed. The training is beyond excellent Stacy and Julie excel in Thier jobs. I'm very proud to represent this company in our shop and won't be going anywhere else 😁

Fast delivery and great customer service. A small error was rectified in 24 hours. Training was great, tailored to me and my business and any additional questions answered swiftly. Highly recommend!

Easy Website to use and efficient service. Love the products!

From the initial call to the free demonstration in the salon, it was professional and organised..
Becci travelled a few hours to come and do a demo, as soon as she said UK manufacturers, based and support, I knew I was heading into the Silhouette Family...no pushing or hard sell required... 4 weeks later, my machine was delivered and one to one in salon training completed. I took on the RF machine, results are amazing.... I will add another machine next year and it WILL be with silhouette

This company is the best company I have had the pleasure to work with from the initial sale of the machine to the training through to the aftercare support , not to mention the fabulous results that the RF trio delivers. I would highly recommend.

Exceptional Experience with Silhouette and the Nulase Laser

I’ve just completed my training with Silhouette using their Nulase laser hair removal system, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I began the process of purchasing the machine, the support has been outstanding—professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful.

I was incredibly fortunate to have Becci as my trainer. She was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what she does. I’ve received so much valuable advice and guidance, and I feel confident and excited to begin my laser hair removal journey.

I’m proud to now offer this advanced treatment to my clients, and I’m genuinely amazed by the response—so many have booked a course or treatment within the first 24 hours of launch! It’s incredibly exciting to see such enthusiasm, and I can’t wait to deliver fantastic results with this pain-free technology.

Looking forward to continuing this partnership and growing with Silhouette!

Silhouette have been an amazing company since I first enquired with Becci about a machine last year.
They are such a personal and friendly company, and it seems that nothing is ever too much trouble.
I purchased a radio frequency machine last year, and it’s been such a popular treatment, and I’ve had amazing results.
I have now just invested in the IPL machine! This was delivered in person(not a courier company!)
Becci has come to me for training for both machines, so I haven’t had to travel either which is so helpful!
She has also always been on the end of a phone when I’ve needed any help or support.
I cannot recommend this company enough ☺️

I really do not know where to start, this company is absolutely amazing, the support from start to finish has been great, I have been super lucky to say I have met all the trainers and they are all so kind, lovely and welcoming, you really feel part of the team with these beautiful people.....would I recommend them - absolutely, the company has been outstanding and helped my business grow, my radiofrequency machine has given teh best results I am so happy - Thank you :)

Fantastic company to deal with!
From the very beginning—choosing our equipment, right through to in-salon training—the support has been outstanding. We’re especially grateful to Stacy, our trainer, who travelled up to Scotland and was there for us every step of the way in the lead-up to our 25th birthday launch event.

We’re proud to have introduced Microface Intense and Dermatone into our salon as well as the appropriate products. We are on track to paying off the machines quicker than we thought.

I deliberated for a while on purchasing the dermatherm, Stacey was very patient with me and on hand with what’s app messages/replies when I had initial questions. The whole process was so smooth from purchasing the machine, delivery and the 121 training- the girls are amazing and I loved that Becki came to my salon to train me. Loving the machine itself and the results I’m getting, can’t wait to do more training and already trying to decide what to buy next haha
