Amazing as always

I have been dealing with silhouette beauty co uk for 26 years. They have the best beauty treatment machines excellent service

Great communication - if you have a query, they get back to you quickly. We bought the Dermalite IPL unit, and the training with Julie was excellent - professional and pitched at exactly the right level. The treatments with it are virtually painless - really all that is felt is warmth. We were told it would be, but it has to be experienced to be believed. I had Silhouette equipment back in the 1980s. They were a great company then and clearly still are.

Fab professional company. Quality products and quick delivery. Great results with Sillhouette pen and heads in my clinic.

I purchased a microface intense - the machine is great
Beca was my sales rep & provided the in house training this was also great. Becca has been super with all my questions & concerns answered promptly etc
I highly recomend this established company for all your salon/spa equipment
I will make Silloette Dermalift my go to compnay from now on.

Very professional training school! Making sure we are trained to the highest standard! Stacy is an amazing trainer , I hightly recommend this training provider!

I first met Stacy when I enquired about RF machine, she was extremely helpful & informative. The training was absolutely fantastic! I genuinely couldn’t recommend Stacy enough as she has been so friendly & professional - whenever I had questions or any doubts, she always replied to my messages with in depth answers & explanations. Stacy is such a wonderful & vibrant individual, I truly enjoyed all the training and catch ups with her.
Can’t wait to see her again for my next training session!

An excellent company to do business with. Always extremely helpful. Have been using their microcurrent now for nearly 20 years, have a really good following of clients thanks to silhouette.

I’ve had a 5 star experience with Silhouette Beauty. I ordered the Dermatherm RF Trio and Microneedling Device which was delivered within a few days, and then my training in salon the next week at my convenience. Training with Becci was excellent. She is easy to get on with and easy to contact if I have any questions about the treatments. Very happy to be a part of this wonderful Silhouette family.

Julie came into our place of work for 2 days to do some CPD machine training
She was extremely knowledgeable in all equipment and products
She was able to answer all questions and offer some good advice going forward
Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend
Thanks Julie for your time

Too much waiting time for item to be shipped!!! Order is still being processed a week after! Not satisfied at all. I have also sent an email with no response!! I have ordered a part for my electrolysis machine.

Silhouette are an amazing company all the machines an excellent…I have 3 of them!!
The results I get from them are amazing. Their after care is amazing too any question you have and they are there to help.
Will buy from this company again and the training is 5 start too.

As always brilliant service from the team, I drove up and they serviced my machine that morning so that I could drive back to South Wales early to miss the traffic. Machines always come back like new, wondeful team. Thank you again. Exceptional.

Honestly thank you so much Julie, from start to finish, you’ve been amazing & it’s made me seal the deal. You’ve made me believe again that not everyone wants to see you fail, there are people that are supportive, passionate and genuinely care & that’s you. Thanks for all your time & patience. Silhouette are very lucky to have you and you are an asset to them. Amazing, local company that care. Do not hesitate to purchase. We have used their machines for years without any problems.

We have worked with silhouette machines for over 20 years. We have never had any issues with the equipment and love that everything is designed and developed in the UK. Support is amazing. The training is upbeat and personal yet really informative. We are more than happy to recommend silhouette to potential customers 🩷

I have been a customer of Silhouettes for almost a year now. I have their Radio Frequency Machine! I am obsessed with this machine! The results are amazing and clients love the results they get. Silhouette as a company is by far one of the best I have worked with in this industry. They genuinely care about their customers. If there is a issue it's sorted ASAP, no nonsense, no fobbing you off, no costing you more money. The fuse went in my machine the other week. I text Julie, not expecting a reply as it was past 6pm. She rang me straight back. She spoke to the tech team and talked me through changing the fuse. Two days later I had two spare fuses arrive in the post! Amazing service. Can not fault them. They are always there with advice and support. I love working with Silhouette and will be purchasing more of their machines down the line. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the machines or the company.

From the start to finish (although it will never be finished with Becci supporting me) I’ve had a really amazing experience, so much support, any question I’ve asked has been answered and full support given throughout the whole process of ordering my machine, training, my launch night and until this day. Couldn’t recommend silhouette more if I tried xx

I've been with Silhouette for 26 years, and have Radiofrequency, Dermalift, Microdermabrasion and Microneedling machines with them. I find the training excellent and very clear, and my trainer is always quick to reply to any questions I have regarding the treatments. Everyone at Silhouette is professional, friendly and welcoming, especially at the Beauty Shows. They will always help you and are generous with raffle prizes for my yearly fundraiser. One of the nicest things about Silhouette as a team is that they always make me smile. It is a pleasure to work with them, and have their products in my salon!

Always kept me informed on the where my parcel was.
Packing was excellent 👌
