Placed order on December 6. I have a tracking number but nothing has moved since. I wrote 4 emails and no solution yet. No answer even. It was a Christmas present…

I placed an order on 11 December. Received confirmation it was sent on 18th but I have 2 different tracking numbers, one that does not work, the other not showing helpful information. I have had email responses from them but I am worried I will never get the shoes, and perhaps not a refund...

I ordered shoes for a Christmas gift for my daughter ($110). I never received the shoes so I contacted them. The only response I received back was that they showed it was delivered. I have sent numerous (at least 6) messages pleading with them for help with no responses. My order even came with insured shipping but they won’t respond to even help me with that. Worst customer service ever!!! Would not recommend

Measured my feet, decide to get the fitting size. surprise: shoes were 2 sizes too small. Silentheels want me to send it back (from Germany, don't need to explain how expensive this would be) and 30%. The size cars is wrong and they don't send me a label, even if it's their fault. 130 € I don't get back.

I wish I had researched this company more before ordering. I paid $99.00 for a pair of boots expecting to invest in a piece that would last. Shipping took almost a month and a half, and the shoes that arrived were junk. The stitching was poor, they were made from flimsy leather I would make a skirt from—not a pair of boots, and the heels were worn down after just one short walk outside. I’m usually really generous with reviews, but this just made me mad. Total scam.

I’m still waiting on my daughter’s homecoming shoes. Her homecoming was last weekend. Our package was in route for 25 days then they updated the shipping today to reflect it was delivered on October 14 and nothing was delivered. I asked for a refund, but I’m not sure I will see either ever don’t order from here.
Also, I use my debit card and for the most part I don’t use my debit card ever, but somehow someone stole my number and authorized two transactions with a zero dollar amount and my Credit Union caught it and flagged it. I’m 100% sure it was more than likely this company that stole my credit card number and tried to use it.

They don’t ship and don’t respond to emails, they’re dropshipping and pics on their website are AI.
Don’t order there.
