Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. Went through the whole process, consultation the week before ( in person). Then, once in the gown about to have the surgery, they suddenly said they had made an ‘error’ and it would be another £1000 and if we didn’t pay, they wouldn’t go ahead.
AVOID this place!!

I had upper blephropasty done in…
I had upper blephropasty done in November 2025. The staff were all lovely and made me feel at ease. The surgeon had a little chat with me before the surgery and it all went ahead. I was in and out within a few hours. I had very little swelling or bruising after surgery. It is three months post op now and i am happy with the result. Signature have rang me three times to check everything is ok. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Not happy!!
Not happy! I had surgery with dr Carlos in August 2024 i think it was hard to remember the date after healing it just looked exactly the same as it did before so went back and he said I need Steriods injections to break down the scar tissue and if that don’t work I can have another surgery at no cost to take it out and it will go away well with months of driving down there 1 hour 30 mins each time and paying congestion charge it’s still there! So emailed them to have the surgery now dr Carlos is saying there’s no fat there and to lose weight!!?!? I don’t need to loose any weight, that was the whole point of the surgery in first place! I will no be issuing court proceedings

My experience with them was extremely disappointing.
I paid for surgery, sent six photos in advance, and even had a Teams consultation. However, when I arrived for the procedure, the surgeon took less than a minute, stayed seated behind his desk, and didn’t even examine me properly. He then claimed there “wasn’t enough skin” to carry out the surgery — despite this never being raised during the consultation or after reviewing my photos.
It was clear the real issue was that he was running an hour behind schedule. My procedure time was used for discussions instead of treatment.
I was told at reception that I would receive a full refund within 48 hours. It has now been five days, and I still haven’t received anything.
I have since visited another clinic, where the surgeon actually examined me properly and confirmed that I do have enough skin for the surgery.
Unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a free online consultation with a doctor not the surgeon
She said I will have a consulation with the surgeon on the day of the surgery (facelift)
She said i will discuss with the surgeon how much skin he would take off my face . Its a face lift I am the patient how do I know how much a facelift skin needs to be taken off my face. I asked her to repeat her self thought it was a joke but no she was serious
It was a waste of a consulation with some random GP who is not a surgeon.
She just asked me about my medical history that I could have filled in online

Professional service and good after…
Professional service and good after care. I originally decided to get a facelift around February 2025 after my friend had had hers a few years earlier. I had my consultation over the phone and requested to get the surgery done 16th December 2025 (due to the xmas holidays and wearing the compression garments wasn't my idea of fun, in the summer) l had a phone call with Dr Carlo Debbas 2 weeks before and we travelled to Cardiff for pre-op the weekend before my operation. On the day (very early but we are only over the bridge, so a 45min drive) reception were very helpful and half an hour to read and sign forms. My nurse, Cleo, reassured me and answered any questions I had. Met Dr Carlo and he talked me through the procedure again. I have to say Maria, Cleo, Rose and Gian were all very reassuring. Calming music in the operation room helped too. I had to immerse myself into the whole experience and took the before and after photos! (Optional) I'm 6 weeks post surgery now and the result is amazing! The transformation is stunning. The after care is also great, any questions were promptly answered by email. I would definitely recommend and I'm so glad I have had my facelift, confidence is getting better. New Year and a new me, happy, happy 😊

I had a forehead reduction in 2023
I had a forehead reduction in 2023. I wanted to leave my review for some time so that I could give it some time to gather my thoughts.
The clinic itself was ok. Felt a bit like a dentists.
I had asked the doctor if I could see where he was going to map my hairline, and he said he would show me so I could check I was happy before going through. As he marked it out on the bed I was expecting him to show me it in a mirror, but he went straight into surgery.
I wasn’t prepared for the pain of the anaesthetic. It felt like some one was blowing up a balloon inside my skull. I just don’t think they fully prepared me for what to expect pre op.
Post op, I don’t think I have had a single communication with them since the day I left the hospital in terms of them checking in. The only time we had contact following surgery was when I had a problem with the stitching..
A couple of days after surgery, I noticed an issue with one of the stitches, I had a small gap in the stitches which was bleeding. I flagged this with them but didn’t have a great deal of support. Getting hold of them is very difficult.
Other than that issue, I must say that 2 years later I haven’t had any other issues with the stitching, and the scarring is not too noticeable.
Back onto me not seeing the hairline marking pre op..
my hair line now, post op, looks as though I am receding. The front of my hairline was pulled down, but the sides haven’t been done in unison, and so the corners of my forehead are still large. It’s really disappointing, I have now had to look into hair transplant just for these areas.
Overall from a personal point of view, I am glad I got it done. I am happy now and so much more confident, albeit still always having to cover my hair line and still not being able to brush all of my hair back into a pony tail.
I just think there could be so much more care given to patients pre op, on surgery day and post op.

Very happy with results

Where do I start?
The process of booking my procedure was very straightforward. I had a few queries which were addressed and I was reassured straight away. Tel call with Dr Mohammad took place prior to the procedure and all questions answered.
On the day of surgery, I attended the Birmingham Clinic and was met with such a lovely young girl Jessica who explained the process answered any questions arising and stayed with me throughout my stay at the clinic. I was seen again by Dr Mohammad, who was absolutely lovely, then taken through for my procedure. I was introduced to all the team, who made me feel very relaxed, continually asking if I was ok. When completed, I was taken into another room and a discussion on aftercare was held and a further appointment booked. Throughout my stay, the care and attention I received was superb, from the receptionist to Dr Mohammad. Jessica ensured that I felt well enough to leave, ensuring I had a drink to take with me for my journey home.
The aftercare team with Signature have also been top class, along with the team which I saw for my review in Cardiff.
Every member of staff who I dealt with at Signature were amazing.
I honestly cant speak highly enough of them. I just wish I could remember all of their names as they all deserve a shout out 👏👏

I had face kneck and lipo by Carlos…
I had face kneck and lipo by Carlos debbas 9 months ago, soon as my swelling went down I could see things were not right my scaring behind my ears look like a melted candle effect I have a lump behind one ear and been left with horrible banding on my kneck which I never had before I feel the lipo was too aggressive one of my glands gets swollen and sometimes I feel I’m choking on my saliva it comes in randomly. I had a face2 face with surgeon and he agreed to redo a lift on my face but skipped over the fact my kneck looks worse than before all he said about the lump was that will go, the lump seems to be caused by the placement of where my scar is when I put my glasses on it can get irritated but this lump will go apparently. I have lost total trust in a revision plus the actual procedure was quite traumatic I had about a 2 minute consultation with him before surgery things were running late by about hour 15 mins everything felt rushed. Soon as my facelift was done the surgeon was no where to be seen he left the room I found this very odd no bed side manner. After care was not great the antibiotics made me sick so I repeatedly asked for different ones only to be told I will ask the surgeon 3 times i asked but was ignored. I have started the complaints procedure but I’m now being ignored been waiting 2 weeks for answers
