After several visits to my GP regarding my eyes, I was glad when Dr Ahmed finally diagnosed the problem. He performed ptosis surgery on both my eyes in different occasions at the London Clinic, and I’m delighted with the results. Superb Signature Clinic
The Signature team from start to finish was exceptional. From booking my procedure to now nearly 3 weeks after procedure, the experience was so professional. After a lot of research i’m so thrilled I chose Signature Clinic. My surgeon Dr Carlos was amazing and his theatre team were super professional with health and safety and management of the procedure their No 1 priority. From the very first phone call, regarding the surgery, procedure etc i cannot fault anything. The cleanliness of the clinic was amazing. The staff were so professional but extremely friendly, reassuring me all the way. The surgery was performed by Dr Mohamid, he was fantastic along with Rose and Cleo. When I say I never felt a thing, I genuinely didn't. Also the after pain was minimal, nothing 2 paracetamol wouldn't get rid of. I 100% recommend The Signature Clinic to anyone.

The facelift I had is perfect!

Overall a great experience
I found the people at the clinic really nice and caring as well as the people I spoke to on the phone before and after surgery . None of my questions even the stupid ones went unanswered . My surgeon Dr Ahmed Alsayed was great . He was very calm and reassuring. The people in the operating theatre were great especially the man who tried to take my mind off things by talking to me, unfortunately I don’t know his name.
The surgery itself . I am only 10 days in but I would currently say a really good job has been done and the incisions are unbelievably neat.
My only criticism is that I live in Cardiff and had to go Birmingham for the Op. I did this on the basis that all of my aftercare would be in Cardiff . I was then told I had to go to Birmingham to have the drains removed , I spent 5 hours travelling for a 10 minute procedure . I had to make arrangements for someone to take me. They then tried to change the date of the appointment which caused me huge anxiety and they showed no empathy of my position at all. Eventually they didn’t re arrange and the people at the clinic were great and apologetic it was the people on the phone who I found quite upsetting. This was the only bad part of my experience hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I would go back .

I had a neck lift and lower face…
I had a neck lift and lower face contouring at Signature Glasgow by Dr Ahmed in November 2025. 3 months post op and I couldn't be happier. Still some scarring but all healing nicely. The actual procedure on the day was efficient and well informed throughout the process. The team were amazing. The aftercare team have also been fantastic and I have spoken to them many times especially in the first week post op. The one thing I would say is, stronger pain relief should be prescribed on discharge as I struggled in the first 48 hours and trying to get prescription was hard work. Facial surgery is 100% an emotional journey of ups and downs but I am now over the moon with the results.
