Signature Auto Group Arvostelua 

Very bad experience and terrible customer service. The moment I told them I wouldn’t be renewing my lease or getting a new car, they completely stopped caring. I called multiple times to arrange the vehicle return, and they promised callbacks that never happened. Save your money—this is an overpriced lease with zero service.

This review is for the Hallandale, Florida location. We originally worked with Neela. It was with her that we discussed the BMW 430i’s condition, price, cash sale. Once that was completed, she said that Viktoriia would “take it from here”. Neela mentioned that Viktoriia was “new” and that she would still be involved in the transaction. Neela told us the car was “like new and had no damage”. The online photos showed no damage. There was no mention of damage online. The car arrived a week late and when it came off the truck, the front bumper had clearly been damaged. They tried to cover it up with white paint the color of liquid paper. And the paint is peeling. We have a 3K bid to repair this - the car is one year old, When we tried to reach Neela, she never responded. When we called the dealer asking to speak with the GM, “Zoy” told us that the GM left the company two weeks prior. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER,

I was referred by a friend to Signature Auto Leasing. I picked out the car I wanted, Yan gave me a price and deposit that was less then what the dealer quoted. Tommy delivered the car in two days and he took my old lease back. Yan provides excellent service. I would highly recommend using Signature Auto Group.

I have been leasing the car in a past and attempts to take advantage of female customer at dealerships (went to several) were mind blowing.
Was expecting the same treatment when called Signature Auto Group
and amazed how clear and straightforward the process was; no pressure, no BS whatsoever.
Representative of the company (in my case it was Boris S.) took care of everything.
New car was delivered, documents were signed at the spot, old car was driven away.
Even later, Boris responded immediately, when I texted and asked for help/advice.
I hope this company will never change.
So far, I am very impressed.
