Booked my bike in at the workshop to have steerer tube trimmed. Staff friendly and helpful. Bike was ready to pick up an hour later and job done for a very competitive price. Will certainly be using again in the future.

Always really great service from the guys at Sigma Sports!! My first visit to the new Wilmslow shop, looks good, didn't stock what I was after but got it ordered very quickly.

I chose click and collect for the ride to the shop. The shop itself is amazing, the only thing that's missing is an in-store cafe that will make the whole Sigma Sport visit complete

Ordered women’s cycling shorts in size XL which were very small and didn’t fit me (I’m a uk size 14)
Tried to do return and the return ‘generate a label’ via their site / Royal Mail doesn’t work.
Took around an hour to get, via their chat messaging, return label sent to me via email. Won’t use again, too much hassle.
