Absolutely Fantastic Interaction!

Due to the nature of my University helping me by funding software to make tasks easier for me due to brain impairment, Sight and Sound have been really responsive to my needs, really friendly and very thorough. The interactions and emails I have had from them have been very helpful and have honestly stopped even more stress and worry piling on to what is a difficult time of doing a Master Degree with brain damage/brain injury. Sight and Sound have really nailed their customer service, technical support and general communications.

We then had to chase up with your sales team which we had to hunt around for the contact details for. They then did not answer our questions by providing the quotation we had asked for or pointed us in the right direction on your website.

The ordering process was easy on the website using Jaws screenreader. It was safe and secure checking out with paypal and receiving confirmation email of the order.
The product was delivered safely and well and setting up the product with the software was clear as soon as opening the box.
With instructions from there to go to a website, setting up was made simple with guide lines online.
Working with this company on the phone with any problems are also available which was reassuring

In comparison to Iansyst provider - which is very different, and stressful experience and I have no choice due to funding Iansyst replaced Sight and Sound. So Thank you Sight and Sound for making such a positive difference in lives of disabled students, it is rare.

I decided, as a gift for myself, to buy the AngelEye Desktop Reader. I wanted it for the ease of use and simplicity because I'm fed up of messing with phones and aiming the camera etc. I ordered it on the Monday, had the product next day. I was reading a book for the first time 3 minutes after opening it, you can't say more than that.

Good service a little slow but this more likely due to freedom scientific responses to them.
