Really pleased with our shutters. They make our rooms look so bright and airy.
Good experience from the contact with Michelle in the office, ‘at home’ measuring through to the fitting service. Cost reasonable and I believe much less than competitors. We used Shutup Shutters on a recommendation from a neighbour and I would throughly recommend them to other people.

We had Chris out to give us a quote initially and we’re impressed with his no pressure service, great explanations, advice and price. The price was reasonable and there were no follow up sales calls after. We had made our minds up quickly that we wanted to go with the shutters. Michelle quickly booked us in and took out deposit and as promised we heard from them when our shutters were ready, which was well within the timeframe they gave us. They were fitted last week and look amazing. Excellent service from start to finish and we will definitely be using them again.

From start to finish was such a brillaint service from the first time friendly quick and easy taking the measurements and giving a quote- there was no pressure from them to go ahead, quick response by email if I had any questions.

Shutup Shutters did my two bay windows in my Master and Living Room. They also fitted my upstairs bathroom, guest bedroom and walk in wardrobe. I have french doors in the back on my kitchen, they fitted invisible blinds (like a mesh paper that fits within the frame) on those too.

I have to say 10/10. The wait for the shutters and blinds to come in is very long, but that isn't their fault with all the delays Corona, the fuel crisis and Brexit has caused. Michelle and the team kept me informed every step of the way.

I had my bays fitted first and they everything else fitted about 6 months later.

Honestly, they couldn't look more fab. With a generous warranty and the willingness to fix anything that isn't quite working (they swapped two of my window handles for super slim versions at no extra cost so I could fit the key in behind the shutter frame) they are a dream.

Polite. Sensitive to being in your home. Great with pets. Very efficient!

Disappointed with the service overall. Ordered in Jan and told it would be 8-10 week before delivery, on my confirmation email it stated 12-16 weeks. Early May they were delivered and only 1/3 fitted as incorrect measurements taken, no one would take any responsibility or offer any resolution other than wait another 12-16 weeks. By them fitting one meant I also couldn’t go elsewhere. In the meantime they offered to provide temporary blinds which didn’t fit the windows and were made of paper. Finally shutters fitted after 6months

Would highly recommend Shutup Shutters. No pressurised sale patter. Chris and Elliott installed them quickly and left no mess. Love the fact they are a family company and obviously take pride in what they do. They were upfront and honest in how long the wait would be but in fact they were ready sooner. They have transformed my house.

From start to finish was so pleased with the service they provided, was kept in the loop regarding delivery of blinds and bookings was so soon after they was received their end. I love the quality of the blinds and shutters I went for and would highly recommend.

We would highly recommend Shutup Shutters - Chris & Son came round to quote in January, measured the windows we were interested in and quoted there and then. We asked for 2 separate quotes as we had no idea on the approximate cost and was unsure if we would do both rooms. There was no waiting around to receive a quote which was great - we loved the transparency and breakdown that was provided and left with us. There was zero pressure when they left and said we wouldn’t hear from them again - the decision was ours and ball in our court! Coming from the sales world we both loved this approach.
We emailed to let them know we wanted to go ahead and received a speedy email from Michelle with an invoice and payment details for our deposit. We were then advised on an approximate timescale when we would hear from them again. The timescale that was given was realistic - when we were contacted to say our made to measure shutters had arrived, our shutters were fitted within a few days! They have made such a difference to our rooms, they ooze class and we absolutely love them. One neighbour has already asked for contact details! Thank you so much.
