Extremely happy with our new shutters! The entire process was a smooth and straightforward experience. Chris and son were punctual, polite and tidy workers & Michelle was prompt in responding to emails. We chose Shut Up Shutters following a recommendation form a family member who had their shutters fitted by them and they too were equally happy with their installation. Great initial visit for a quote - Chris came round, measured up, gave me the quote and left! No pressure or hard sell. I was happy with the price so went ahead. Have to say that there was then a fairly long wait for delivery but no problems after that. Chris and his assistant were friendly, respectful and did a great job fitting the shutters in 3 rooms in my house. Chris explained how the shutters worked, took all their packaging away and checked I was happy before leaving. I’m thrilled to bits with my shutters - have wanted some forever! Really pleased with the service received and price paid, and would definitely recommend Shutup Shutters without hesitation.

Absolutely stunning quality shutters, I love them so much ,that I placed another order immediately on the fitting day. Fantastic friendly ,very professional service from start to finish . Chris measured up, explained about the shutter fitting, gave a quote there and then, and left it up to me to decide in my own time. No pressure hard sell like some companies ,and the quote was a very competitive price. Chris and Elliott carried out the fitting efficiently , all packaging removed and my house was left spotless. I would Highly Recommend ShutUp Shutters and it's great to deal with a lovely family business that take great pride in their work.

Absolutely 100% recommend Shut Up Shutters. From easy, free quote, kept up to date in progress of order to appointment to suit me to fit. I can’t express how happy I am with with service. Then there’s the shutters!! I went for bi-fold in white in four rooms with original Victorian sash windows. The shutters enhance the windows beautifully, look so elegant. I am quite simply over the moon!

Recommended by a neighbour and quality of the shutters is great. Had a quick and friendly response to our initial enquiry for a quote, and then almost to the day the estimated delivery date was fulfilled. Chris and co were on time (I think early !) and swift in the installation, but with no compromise on workmanship or in their tidying up after.
Payment was easy on line (or via bank transfer if you'd prefer), and communication via email and phone was excellent.
Have requested another installation upstairs following this experience !!
