Disgusted . You are in liquidation , order slippers for my mother , 4 weeks to arrive and too big , no post code to return .
I have emailed but no response

Shocking . Do not buy anything they have gone bust

very late delivery and you leave it up to the customer to chase you for updates, this is none existent customer service.

Problem was in delivery took a month and several chases before I received my purchase .

The order took over a month to arrive. I had to chase to find out what was happening. Very disappointed

It's a shame the shuropody stores have closed as I found it a lot easier to get boots that fit me. I have a small wide foot with wide ankles so getting new books is always a real problem. On line shopping does not compare to sitting in a shop and try on a boot, you know right away if the boot is right for you and if not you don't purchase it. On line you have to work harder doing the checks and keeping your fingers cross that whe they arrive they fit you nicely, if not you have the hassle of send them back.
Having said that my experience with the on line shop was ok.

I get through a pair of Shuropody boots every winter and although I was dismayed to find there are no longer any branches near me (you could update your website!) I ordered 2 pairs online and received them in a couple of days, - exactly what I had ordered. Thank you.

Waited weeks for delivery,
Not one word of explanation from them until I sent a query and was told there was a problem with their warehouse and would get delivery as soon as things were sorted out.
After another week sent another query and was told exactly the same response

Great sandals. Very comfy. Easy to order. Did take a few weeks to arrive though.

Sandals took over 3 weeks to be delivered and didn’t arrive in time for my holiday.

Shoking, no refund on return of Order #26285. I bought a pair of shoes and returned it the next day I received them, because they were not the right size. I returned on 27th of August 2024 and today is 4th of October 2024 and I havent received my refund nor any email. Not atleast any reply to my so many emails I have sent during this time. I know they have closed, but they should have somebody to deal with the refunds, if they are still selling on line and posting shoes to customers. Really shocking. Please refund me ASAP.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered a pair of boots with 3-5 working days. A month later emailed said I hadn’t had them. They apologised and said they were behind on orderes and then just marked as delivered. That’s £64 down for my daughter’s birthday!! I have tried to contact and no reply. I would like if you had some decency and replied to give me a refund

Ordered weeks ago chased order up excuse was warehouse issues money taken from bank won’t be using again have asked for refund as fed up of waiting now quick enough to take money which is disgusting knowing they can’t send orders
