Packaging items posted in was in tatters had to purchase a RM bag to return - odd sizes sent for one pair - 4 emails sent did not answer for 2/3 days - returned RM tracked because of poor customer service - email to say they haven’t received them when I have proof they have - now -,no refund they are just ignoring me - the list goes on terrible service

I ordered a third pair of winter boots having already purchased black,tan and now dark blue.
I was especially pleased to discover that they were in the sale. As usual the delivery was quick and the boots very comfortable and great quality.

Delivered with great service

I find it very difficult it to find comfortable footwear but find Shuropody wide fit very comfortable. Boots are very well made and last a long time. It is always appreciated when they can be purchased at a sale price.

Fast and efficient

Ordered boots online, after 2 weeks I chased to see when they would be delivered, was fobbed off with some story about warehouses being changed and issues. Waited another week and emaild to request a refund, now a week later still waiting on that.

Ordered 2 pairs of slippers on 21st October, arrived 28th November. No updates from them to explain why taking so long. Emailed customer services first time and told delay was possibly due to warehouse relocating and they would chase order. Again, they didn’t arrive. Again I had to contact customer services who did apologise for the delay and eventually they appeared 5 weeks after ordering. Not great I have to say although Natasha at customer services did reply to my emails promptly and was helpful.

The slippers that I have bought from this site are really comfortable value for money. The slippers are also easy to put on and gave me plenty of support. I could wear them all day without having any back pain.

Tried ringing you and nobody answers the phone so how am I to return the items?

Request for return of goods supplied dealt with very slowly, still waiting on returns slip from this company. Email sent 3 times requesting clarity on returns procedure still awaiting a response.

Please don’t purchase goods from this company if you need to return anything. They make it as difficult as possible to return then claim they haven’t received your parcel.

My emails were answered but I couldn't get through on the phone no matter what time of day I tried. Hopefully the issues with the warehouse have been resolved so that future orders will be despatched in a timely manner. I received a package from china ordered the same time as my shuropody package but took less time to arrive. This definately put me off ordering from the company especially since when I ordered there was nothing to say there would be a delay in receiving the item. Happy with the Boots I ordered. The tongue on the lace up ankle boots is made so that it doesn't have any give which was an issue as I have swelling in one ankle, so loosing the laces didn't help however I was able to remove the insoles and put my own orthortics in giving me enough room. The boots are meant to be wide fit but aren't very wide. I am only an E fit due to my orthortic insoles if I needed a wider fit this wouldn't have fit me.

I ordered shoes and they arrived which is nice

they rip your money off provide no services say they gone into consultaton , once you ask for your money back they will not repay all of it and this is in Solihull

Needed some wide fitting slippers for my mother in law these were perfect as they were very adjustable. Arrived promptly very happy thanks
