Ik ben diep teleurgesteld in de service…
Ik ben diep teleurgesteld in de service van Shurgard. Na het plotselinge overlijden van mijn moeder moest ik snel een opslagruimte huren om haar inboedel op te slaan. Dit was al een emotioneel zware periode, en Shurgard leek in eerste instantie een oplossing te bieden. Maar nu, zes maanden later, word ik geconfronteerd met een buitensporige huurverhoging van maar liefst 14%!
Shurgard claimt te staan voor veiligheid en gemak, maar mijn ervaring is totaal anders. De problemen stapelen zich op: liften die vastzitten, een hek dat niet open gaat en vieze toiletten op locatie. Dit heeft niets te maken met veiligheid of kwaliteit. Bovendien gebruik ik mijn box volledig zelfstandig, zonder enige tussenkomst of extra service. Wat rechtvaardigt zo'n absurd hoge verhoging?
Het ergste is het gevoel van misbruik. Zodra je een ruimte hebt van deze omvang (9x9x9), zit je praktisch vast. Het is niet realistisch om zomaar te verhuizen, en dat weet Shurgard dondersgoed. Dit lijkt pure uitbuiting van mensen die geen andere opties hebben.
Als dit het beleid van Shurgard is, raad ik iedereen sterk af om hier een opslagruimte te huren. Klanten verdienen transparantie, respect en redelijke tarieven, niet deze vorm van oplichterij. Zoek een alternatieve aanbieder die wel waarde hecht aan klanttevredenheid, want bij Shurgard draait alles duidelijk om winst maken ten koste van hun klanten.

Voor info over locatie Treubweg langsgeweest op Diemen Sniep. Zeer klantvriendelijke medewerker heeft mij geholpen, liet ook soortgelijke box van 1,5m3 zien. Daarna contract afgesloten. Mooie prijs, eerste maand 1 euro, daarna 35 euro. Een zee van ruimte in deze box , erg blij en tevreden mee.
