Shurgard Self Storage - Berlin Oberschöneweide Arvostelua 

Die Buchung der Räume war sehr unkompliziert, und die Örtlichkeit ist sauber, trocken und sehr angenehm.

Shurgard service is nice and I'm generally happy, but some facts are good to know especially if you plan long-time contract:

- you can get a storage with weird construction elements and shurgard will deny exchanging it for another (of many empty) storage. I got a call that it's possible and email that its not possible at the same time from different people, just to learn at the place that a column in the room is no reason for exchange (what would be then? a triangle room?) and that my risk of booking online without the service fee is that I get a non-standard room. That really feels like a "no because no" case, though might be just german customer service standards.

- price grows with time, and grows a lot. As it usually is for this kind of service - shurgard is only affordable if you get a new contract and for the first few months. Consider this fact if you planned to use it as your full-time cellar, since you might be surprised with bi-yearly raises at some point.

- hundreds of calls as soon as you just tentatively start to book a storage are annoying. Especially that as written above, the service is not so helpful once you really need something from them

Check in to the storage, move in date and process was very easy and well informed, the customer service was great and friendly. The place is very easy to use

Die Erhöhung der Preise für Stammkunden gefällt mir kategorisch. Es ist unmöglich, das Personal bei der Arbeit zu finden. Es gab einen verantwortungsbewussten Manager, der seine Arbeit gut gemacht hat, aber leider nicht mehr Funktioniert also, das ist leider alles. Häufiger kommt der Gedanke, den Vertrag zu kündigen.

Alles schnell und ohne Hin und Her geklärt.

Es hat bis jetzt alles Reibungslos und unkompliziert funktioniert

Unkomplizierte Registrierung, einfache Appbedingung, freundliches Personal, faire Preise und saubere Parkplätze und Lagerräumlichkeiten.

Alles super! Sehr sauber und sicher. Benutzung des Schlosses war sehr gut und einfach erklärt. Zugang mit der App war sehr einfach und die Anmeldung in der App war mehr als entspannt. Auch erhielt ich einen freundlichen Anruf, mit der Nachfrage, ob ich mit allem gut zurecht kam oder noch Unterstützung benötige. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und würde mich jederzeit wieder einmieten.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gut, der Zugang ist sehr einfach. Jedoch ist die Pflichtversicherung, die vermittelt wird, ungünstig. Eine herkömmliche Hausratsversicherung gibt es zZt. ab 8€ im Monat für 65000€ Versicherungssumme. Bei Shurgard’s Empfehlung (Drittanbieter) geht es ab 16€ für 2000€ Versicherungssumme los. Shurgard bietet die Möglichkeit die Einlagen selbst zu versichern, das ist löblich, gestaltet sich jedoch mitunter schwierig und das ist Ihnen wahrscheinlich bewusst. Die Möglichkeit eines einfachen Anspruchsverzicht wäre gut. So wie es jetzt läuft relativiert sich der Mietpreis.

Der ganze Ablauf war super, sowie der Zugang zur Halle hat reibungslos funktioniert. Der Raum war leider zu klein, obwohl ich es auf der Seite Anhand der Stückzahlen berechnet habe. Hier wäre vielleicht an Anruf bei Buchung hilfreich, um die Größe nochmal telefonisch zu besprechen und eventuell nachträglich ändern zu können. Ansonsten war wirklich alles top.

Ich war sehr überrascht wie einfach und unkompliziert, dass alles abgelaufen ist. Die Sicherheit steht hier an erster Stelle und das finde ich sehr gut. Am Telefon bekommt man alles erklärt bei noch offenen Fragen. Weiterempfehlung 100%

Alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, dass Personal ist kompetent und freundlich.

Brauchte spontan einen Lagerraum. Am Samstag Morgen gebucht und keine zwei Stunden später bezogen. Top Prozess. Zugang mit der App vollkommen perfekt und problemlos.
Storage selbst trocken, sauber hell und freundlich.
Alles in allem eine sehr erfreuliche Nutzererfahrung. Ich kann Shurgard nur empfehlen.

Unkompliziertes, super schnelles mieten des Lagerraumes. Alles wird tip top per Mail erläutert und auch als ich früher schonmal einen Lagerraum dort vor Ort gemietet habe, waren die MitarbeiterInnen außerordentlich freundlich. Wenn nötig, immer wieder gerne :)

Perhaps one of the worst experiences I have had with a storage provider. Despite recieving email confirmation with my entrance code and that my unit was ready to go, upon arriving to the storage unit on a saturday, the code they had provided me did not work. Meaning I had no access to the car park, the entrance or my unit and, due to their early closing hours on the weekend, no one to call and speak with, their automated service was also completely useless with fixing the situation. This left me with few options to store an XL miles van worth of things. The result was an emergency delivery and storage solution that cost me upwards of 700 euro for the 4 days I needed storage until the office was open again so that I could get my code changed and finally get access to my unit. Upon explaining the situation and asking for some kind of compensation for their error, I was offered 1 month free storage and the excuse that its not their responsibility as they don't control the system that gives out the codes. 1 month rent is around 80 euro.. which is a significant difference considering the cost of emergency delivery and storage. Plus the time and stress that this situation added onto my move. It would seem that they need to make assurances that you can talk with someone to fix such a situation in the future. But for me it was a terrible situation, with very little understanding or compensation for an error that is completely their fault.

gute Möglichkeit ohne Probleme sein Hab und Gut trocken zu lagern wenn keine andere Möglichkeit besteht. Kundenfreundlich super Service Nur eine Bitte in Zukunft andere Zahlungsoptionen zufügen bzw zur Verfügung stellen nicht jeder hat eine Kreditkarte zur Verfügung
