This is one of the best company for wholesale cosmetics purchase from UK, they are professional to handle bulk orders without any mistakes within short period of time, also well responsive when ever any problem aris.. Wish all the bes and progress for Shure Cosmetics.

We have been using this company for possibly 5 years, if not longer, over the past 6 months their service has dropped dramatically. This makes it difficult as a growing business as stock needs to be purchased, but if approaching them for the first time I would highly recommend not bothering. After a whole range of issues over the last 6 months, many of which were ignored or dealt with only after persistent badgering I have faced new issues recently. These issues have not even been acknowledged, much less resolved. I asked them to look into an issue regarding expired stock being sent out (expired in 2018). I was ignored. I sent an email due to being sent out incorrect items on an order, again I was ignored. I even sent a simple little email as to when my order would be dispatched (it is usually dispatched on the same day and I had hoped it would be again, the one thing that they do actually do well most of the time) and even that was ignored. It really is a shame that they are so blatantly ignorant of queries or problems as the items are good.

The website is easy to use with a good range of stock.
The deliveries are efficient and if there are any queries the customer service is very good. I have been a customer for many years and would recommend this company

Avoid, Avoid at all costs! I placed an order for some products and, after waiting for a week, I discovered that my payment supposedly hadn't gone through! This was untrue as payment was confirmed in our bank statement. Despite this, they sent me another payment link which I had to query. Upon receiving the products, I observed that some had EU plugs, and the displayed photos their website were misleading. In my attempt to return them, I initially sent photos as requested, but received no response. When I called, Jaymin informed me of a 20% charge for returning the items.This was not in their terms and conditions but I reluctantly agreed. However, instead of providing return instructions, Jaymin sent another email requesting additional photos. It became evident that they were intentionally dragging out the process, and it's unreasonable for us as a business to spend nearly two weeks trying to address such issues. I have learnt the hard. It's definitely a serious error of judgement for not reading reviews before buying!

A very bad experience, They always sell the store returned products without any description, less quantity, and after that, they not accept the mistake. They don't arrange collection for wrong item, and don't refund full amount.

First time in using this store,seen some mixed reviews, but I had no problems apart from 1 but that was resolved.Order came complete and damaged free, so would definitely use again.

I had a positive experience shopping here. It is a warehouse, but collectors of Arabic perfumes can bundle together larger orders for personal use. Minimum spend £50 + £8 delivery. Shure changed my order for me and dispatched it with no fuss

If you are a perfume collector, pay careful attention to the notes, search online, as the information isn't always correct. But there are many hidden gems to be found here for very good prices. Just know it is a warehouse, not a shop, and things are sold as seen. That is why its really important to do your research on any product you wish to buy, but if you get it right, happy days

my advice never go to this wholesales the manager and customer service staff so rude they will ignore your question's , they will not help you , shouting on you ,they have nothing about how to respect other human. the prices very expensive as wholesale store , there are many stores sell on half this company prices. never ever buy from online store many people said most products not available but they will send you something else , you have no right for refund even your stock not found but you made online purchase, avoid online store , if you go to the store check each item most of this company products maybe used or open before so check twice , I thought there is no owner for this company or his staff ingoing him as well because
many time i said i want to speak with owner and they ignored me .the worst wholesale ever .

They have great products at decent prices and for the 2 times I have shopped there I have gotten exactly what I ordered. They always have new items almost daily.

DO NOT RECOMMEND: Placed Order 42601 in the amount $327.66, with Canada currency directly to the Barclay Bank account provided on website. After waited past the 14 days, no email was received. Shortly after, throughout email interaction we came upon agreement to redo order and have the same shipped out. Created order 44619, amount of $317.94. Only to be advised the same needed additional $120.00 which was included in order for apparently shipping. Despite it was less than previous order, advise to simply cancel the same and refund. Fast forward, refund for the amount of $327.66 only refunded $226.80 thru PayPal. Use bank to bank Candian currency, which is missing amount of $100.00. Now agent Hasin declines to return the funds missing, stating it's a currency issue. Today, 08/07/2023.

Very positive experience with Shure, Items were delivered quickly and in pristine condition. Had a problem with my invoice but this was immediately sorted.

Only saw "£50 minimum spend" upon trying to check out, as a red banner. Duly went back and added a few more items to exceed £50, and more than I really wanted to be spending with an unknown company, to then be invoiced at checkout an additional 20% (plus shipping). In the UK, VAT is included in the price and if it is not, for whatever reason, it should be stated next to the advertised price ("excl. VAT") so that consumers are aware from the outset. Very disappointing. Will stick with Easho and the likes of Amazon.

They say you only need to spend £50 to place an order. But that's before they add VAT. Then shipping. So you actually need to spend a minimum of £70. There's a big difference between £50 and £70. Being based in London I could go to their warehouse but they have set the minimum order for that to £100. I'll just stick with Amazon.

I made my first purchase the other day. I wasn't sure, but I trusted the trustpilot!
It arrived in 2 working days, packed well, and I even received some discount!!
The conditions of the sale items were very well explained on their website.
I'm very happy and I'm sure I'll be ordering again.

I recently placed my 2nd and 3rd order with Shure last week. Kindly, they phoned me on two occasions to advise that some items I had ordered were not all in stock. I found that helpful because you often order online and only find out about out-of-stock items when items are missing. Within a few days of placing my order, my items were delivered. Perfectly! Thank you to the whole team at Shure! I will no doubt be ordering from you again very soon! 😊

I made a mistake when I gave them a positive rating! as soon as they found out that I was from Ukraine, they immediately started creating problems! very disappointed!
