I would recommend this company .
Their customer service is great and special mention to Jacob for resolving and assisting my query so quickly and efficiently.
They are also very good with their delivery service and communication . I would certainly buy from them again.

I found Shropshire Designs after another retailer cancelled my order of a Liang and Emil sideboard. I was really impressed because unlike waiting days for a response to emails with most furniture company's, Shropshire reply almost instantly and couldn't be more helpful. Delivery was quick in about a week and they had their own driver who was lovely and helpful.

Excellent customer service. A small independent business with a great range of products from small home accessories to large furniture pieces.

Customer service was excellent and resolved my query very quickly. Product is top notch. Would recommend!

My order was out of stock and Shropshire Design updated me several times on its progress - great customer service and the item ordered has now arrived and is beautiful 😁

Fantastic customer service from Shropshire Design. Jacob kept me updated throughout and handled everything professionally. Highly recommend.

I love my side table…. It looks amazing in my lounge. Excellent customer service and delivery - will definitely use Shropshire Design again.

Wow, what fantastic service. Easy transaction, really prompt delivery (next day). Very well packaged, as item ordered was glass. A PERSONAL thank you for your order email, which is rare these days. Real people in a proper company that cares. Highly recommend

I ordered a picture from them. All went very smoothly. Arrived as expected a few days later. Well wrapped!

Excellent service. Great communication on delivery. Flowers are stunning. Would highly recommend this company and would use again.

Easy website to follow.
A huge variety of furniture and accessories to choose from.
Prices competitive.
Notified when my furniture was going to arrive.
Great service when I emailed to enquire about another piece of furniture.
My order arrived on time with no problems.
I have used this company in the past and will again in the future.

Excellent experience. I ordered a few items for Black Friday which started early Nov but they had a BLACK FRI promise and refunded me the difference because I told them I found the item cheaper and sent a screenshot. They refunded me right away. Excellent service and fast delivery. Lots of lovely items too.

Dishonest company- I ordered a table and found the product to be off inferior quality, asked for a refund. This company goes out of their way to deter you from making any form of refund and clearly state that they will charge for collection and then for re stocking/ repacking if ‘clear’ tape is not used. Clearly unfair and dubious business practice and in breech of several consumer laws.

Furthermore I have stated in several emails to this company that I was unable to select the unfit for purpose and not as described section on the returns label, however they refuse to acknowledge my mistake and are insisting on charging me (unlawfully) a returns fee for a item which is unfit for purpose. A company unwilling to engage in open communication with paying customers, and happy to charge for returns at every opportunity

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We purchased 4 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Shropshire Design were happy to hold on to them until we were able to accept delivery to London. Prior to the day of delivery, the driver contacted me by text and was really polite. On the day of delivery, he called me and told me when he would be arriving. He carefully delivered each item to the 6 th floor of our apartment block and was so helpful and considerate. We have had so many deliveries recently from other retailers - some really well known companies - and hands down, the service provided by Shropshire Design was by far the best. Well done!

Bought a diffuser and refill some time ago from a shop we went into on holiday in Hertfordshire, and wanted to replace as I loved the smell. I couldn't remember the name of the shop or which town it was in, so was very pleased to find that Shropshire Design sold the exact item, so I can replace whenever needed.

Excellent service from Shropshire Design. Fast response to emails and extremely helpful with my lamp purchase. Friendly efficient service. Highly recommend.

I really wanted a Polpotten stool as a statement piece in a newly built porch. I ordered from Shropshire Design because the item was priced around £100 less than other retailers. I had to wait a few weeks for the item but really didn’t mind this. I was kept up to date re expected delivery date and the item arrived in pristine condition. I love it!

I’ve had several beautiful pieces from SD always been very happy, the service is second to none, see you again very soon

We recently purchased a bed from Shopshire Design and can’t be more pleased with both the product and the service. After searching far and wide with no stock available elsewhere, the lovely team at Shopshire stepped in, sourced exactly what we were after, and secured it at a fantastic price a real win.

From the start, the couple behind the brand were warm, personal and genuinely invested in our satisfaction. They listened to exactly what we wanted (size, style, delivery timing), kept us informed throughout, and made the whole experience stress-free. When the bed arrived it looked even better than we’d hoped, stylish, well-made and exactly right for our space.

Their customer service was exemplary, prompt replies, helpful advice, honest communication. We felt valued as customers, not just another order. It’s rare to find a business that combines such a high standard of product with genuine care and friendliness.

If you’re looking for stylish furnishings, great value and a team that really cares about your experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Shopshire Design. A big thank-you to the couple behind it, you’ve made our bedroom something to be proud of.

I’ve never left a review before and I’ve ordered a number of items from SD over the years. Following my most recent order though, I just had to sing their praises.

My orders have always reached me in great order and I’ve always been very pleased. However, on my latest order, I ordered a large dining table and the team could not have been more of a pleasure to deal with. The delivery driver was an absolute delight, and the table is beyond my expectations.

I wish more online retailers were like SD.
