Shredding on site?
I was under the impression that the company that came to do the shredding was to shred on site. Maybe I was mistaken. I was out of town, and I asked our front desk employee to watch a particular box being shred. When I came back in town, she let me know that they took all the boxes away to be shredded.

Vastaus yritykseltä Shred Nations
Dear Lauren -
Thank you for your feedback on your shredding purge. The majority of the time, Mobile On-Site service is used for these smaller projects. However many of our local providers may offer off-site shredding as an alternative to help accommodate scheduling conflicts or for better pricing options to you, the client. We at Shred Nations want to assure you that either option is just as secure as all our local providers subscribe to all local, State and Federal laws regarding document destruction. If you need a Certificate of Destruction for your records, I am sure the local provider would love to provide you with that documentation. If you have any other questions on this, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Thank you again for letting us answer your question. If you feel this information satisfies your query, please note that you can re-visit your star review to reflect this update. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Erik Larsen

Vastaus yritykseltä Shred Nations
Dear Quin,
We apologize that you did not hear from our local shredding service provider to schedule service. I have shared your feedback with our shredding partner in your area, and have personally encouraged them to respond to inquiries with urgency and to follow up on this matter. We understand that the timely shredding of your sensitive documents is very important to both you and Shred Nations. When our local partners drop the ball, it reflects poorly on us. We appreciate you letting us know about this. If you still have a shredding need, we'd appreciate a second chance to service you.
Sincerely,
The Shred Nations Customer Service Team

Vastaus yritykseltä Shred Nations
Dear Barry -
I am sorry that you were displeased with our service. Our records indicate that we were able to match you with three separate, local document destruction providers close to your location to handle your shredding of 24 legal boxes and 15 letter boxes. Your request came through fairly late in the day yesterday. Hopefully, by now, you have been contacted by some or all of these providers to offer service and competing quotes for your project. If not, please contact me directly and I will expedite the process. I apologize that we did not meet your initial expectations, but I hope you will give us the opportunity to correct this matter to your complete satisfaction. Here at Shred Nations, we value your honest feedback so we may endeavor to consistently improve our service. If we are able to turn this issue around to make things right, we would appreciate you revisiting your star review to reflect it. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Erik Larsen
