Shred Nations Arvostelua

Had to give a rating, if it was up to us we would not have even given them one star. Called left message needing to reschedule for the next day , they came anyways 1st thing in the morning and picked up. We were not ready and will not use them/ or refer them to anyone. Next purge we will be using someone else who is quick to communicate and keep in touch. We asked to reschedule for a reason and didn't like they don't check before sending drivers out. Called them to tell them the 2 extra containers the driver left we will not be using , they called back stating they will pick them up in a week! Wish we wouldn't have called this company in the first place. We will not make that mistake again.

Shred Nation was professional and prompt, however they are doing business with companies that are not reliable. I was informed that someone would contact me to schedule a time whom I have never heard from.

They answered my call almost immediately, man arrived about 15 min. after he said he would be here. He called ahead of time to say he was running behind, and would be with us in 10 to 15 minutes. Exactly on time. Efficient, easy, responsible and much appreciated. Thank you.

They called me within minutes to follow up with my quote request.

Lisa was thoughtful, knowledgeable and tried hard to help. The fact that we live way out in the country made it impossible to connect - but that's not her fault. Would definitely work with ProShred if i lived in their trading area.

They explained their services and had a customer service rep call me right away to schedule - easy peasy!

I was very pleased with Shredox. I was told that they would be here at a certain time and was pleased that the came exactly at the time I was told. The young man who came was very polite and very professional. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs this service.

Called very last minute and they were able to fit me in. Very reasonably priced and the gentleman who came was exceptionally professional and very pleasant. Very good experience and would use again.

Yolanda was very proactive in contacting me regarding my request for quote for shredding services. I appreciate her promptness and answering all my questions in a professional manner.

NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME!! GOT 2 EMAILS ONE SAID SOME ONE WILL CONTACT U AND ALSO WILL SEND REVIEWS FROM OTHER PEOPLE.. THE OTHER EMAIL WANTS TO KNOW HOW U DID. WELL U DID NOTHING THAT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE..

VERY QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL

The service I was told was incorrect and not available. Waste of time.

Still wairing on quotes, but it is early.

Immediate response with Charlie who actually advised me to take advantage of a free shredding day at the local library. Great service.

Greg responded quickly to my inquiry.
Matt and Brian were efficient, effective and friendly.
My husband and I are very pleased with Citishred.
We highly recommend them for home shredding on the spot.

One stop to put in my request information, and within the hour I received two calls with a quote. Saved me time reaching out to multiple companies.

Very prompt response, committed to accomodating our needs, and even suggested ways to save money. Your representative, Mr.Dan Oyer is a true professional. He understand what quality service really means.

Your people did an excellent job

Any individual or company contracting with Shred Nations for disposing of personal or confidential documents will not be disappointed by the quality of service and related expense will not be disappointed!

I am extremely impressed! I filled out an internet form to find a shredding company in my area that's reasonable. I had already left a message with Shred It, probably the largest shredder around, but they NEVER responded. So I tried Shred Nations. I filled out the form last night, received a call from Shred Nations early the next morning, was told I could have a shred truck at my house quickly for a nominal price in my opinion for the amount I had to shred. Within an hour I received a call from a reputable shredding company who said they could be at my today! I grabbed it and the shredding is complete, all less that 24 hours from my first contact with Shred Nations. Thanks for a great experience.
