Harry Styles Arvostelua

Really disappointed with this vendor. Contact you in advance of Album Release as official vendor. You order album and then weeks after release date still not delivered. Not responding to emails and only voicemail.
AVOID / AVOID / AVOID

They Charged the same item about 10 times and didn’t even get a confirmation email!!! The website kept saying there was an issue but still took money! I need a refund!!

Was a bit cautious after reading reviews but order 3 clothing items on the 24/3 and have arrived today, 6 days later. Very Happy

Do not waste your time or money! I ordered this back in September for my daughter and spent $300 dollars and still have not received my merch. After being told time and time again that I would receive it I finally got a refund. There is no phone number to call.
We ended up buying some of the same merch at HS concerts. That is the only way you will get it. FYI the tshirts and sweatshirt shrink so air dry. The tote bag ripped at the bottom after 1 month. Not great quality.

I don't even give it a one review. They took my $85.00 bucks and never sent the product. Another singer who probably turned to drugs and is now bankrupt. Your a thief!!!!!!

Harry styles is amazing one out of box everything he Das is great

Its a fake the email of contact doesn't exists.
Runaway from those robbers.

This is a fake account unfortunately Harry styles official uk online . Order never turned up 😢

Order did not arrive - do not use

ordered here and received it really fast. and the nicest people help you. i had a question about the shipping and i received the nicest answer. really love the product to. nice material and doesn't get ugly when you wash it multiple times

Sadly I'm another person who placed an order and have never received it. I ordered on 27 October 2020. Then on 22 January 2021 I got an email with a tracking number confirming that my order had been shipped. The tracking number didn't work and I have never received my order. Yes I have emailed many times and never received any response. Treat your customers better, answer your emails and refund money if you can't provide the goods. I would give -1 star as a year to wait is far too long.

Never received my order. Emailed so many times. Never got a refund. Shame on the whole company.

Purtroppo devo dare 1 a questo sito perchè meno non posso... ho effettuato l'acquisto di una felpa a gennaio e ad oggi non mi è ancora arrivato nulla. Ho scritto più volte, ma nessuna risposta. Pessima esperienza

Waited 7 months for a gift for a friends birthday which was 1ST JANUARY and ordered 16 days in advance. Still haven’t received, phoned twice and nothing has been done about it with no replies as well. Waste of $45.

i ordered a hoodie SIX MONTHS AGO for my best friend at the time and still have not received my order. I'm not even friends with that girl anymore that's how long its been. i have emailed them multiple times after only getting a order confirmation and they said it would be 90 days which is already ridiculous but it has been over 90 days and at this point i just want my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

my package never showed up... what a waste of 70$. very disappointed

THIS IS NOT A SCAM SITE ALL THESE PARENTS IMPATIENT HARRYS TEAN GETS A LOT OF ORDERS RESPECT, HAVE PATIENCE AND ORDER EARLY.

Do not order from this site.
Purchased a pre-order vinyl back in August and got a "shipping" email but never received the item. Submitted ticket, emailed numerous times, they never respond. Such a scam.

Do not order from this website. I believe it is fake. I ordered Christmas gifts for my niece and my daughter's best friend in December and have not received anything. I emailed a follow-up and noticed the email is being routed through what looks like a suspicious email. I am not sure what redress I have to get my $250 back but I can't believe the people behind this site are knowingly stealing money and joy from what I assume are primarily young girls. It seems and likely is, criminal.

I purchased four items fore my niece for Christmas back in November and STILL have not received them nor have I heard back. I've not gotten a response to my emails nor a shipping notification. It is now end of February. I will report this site.
