The company performed at a high level. The only negative I have was the performance of the USPS. Original delivery date was Thursday, than I was told Saturday but didn't show up until Monday.

Nice customer service

Received a couple of calls from m Store as their stock didn’t have the size in the color I ordered. Worked out fine, I was familiar with the product and any color was fine, but glad they called rather than just canceling order. Loved the shoes. Came quickly.

Very pleased with entire transaction

Very pleased with entire transaction. The personal note handwritten was so unexpected and a wonderful touch! This little sheep is the “back up” to the one she received as an infant. Sheepy goes everywhere with her. Now we have a plan in case Sheepy gets lost. Thank you so much!

Do not use this company!!!

Do not use this company!!!! They sent me the wrong item and charged me to send it back!! They said they would give me a full refund and they only gave me the cost without shipping and now they won’t respond to my emails!! Beware and shop at your own risk!!! Very shady company!!!
