I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they were so nice!! They gave me a coupon code even though it was my fault and it was so easy to return the wrong item I ordered. And my orders came so fast in the mail!!

If I could give shoptiques a negative 10 review I sure would! I placed an order for my daughter. The order never got marked as shipped - it got delivered, didn’t fit, but I couldn’t process a return bc it wasn’t marked as shipped on their site. I emailed them and called them at least a dozen times - ZERO answers or responses. I finally called the (646) 368-9685 number and pressed the option to state that I am a boutique owner and spoke with an off site agent. They promised a response. I got an email back stating “your order is shipped so can’t be cancelled!” That was never my concern. It’s so frustrating to explain what the issue was and have zero ownership or apologies and the get in incorrect response. Finally they marked my order delivered after this, so I was able to request a return online - BUT the email I got said “your return request is received, we will be in touch once it’s approved!” So AGAIN I’m stuck with no actual resolution, unable to return bc they haven’t approved it. No one answering emails or calls again. I’m so so frustrated. I don’t even care about the money anymore but to me it’s a matter of principle! So frustrating!!!

Buyers BEWARE. I purchased four mugs and one was broken when I received it; when I initially reached out, they were quick to respond and offered me a replacement mug or a $25 gift card. I indicated that I would like a replacement, but if that wasn’t available, I would be fine with the gift card. I have not heard one word back after that, but I have sent multiple emails for them to respond and they choose to ignore them. So, I am without my replacement and the money I paid for it, a very unscrupulous company.
