All round good service and sales I would order something else may be in future

Ordering for the item was smooth sailing “no hiccups”, delivery was excellent too. The Salter Air-fry is so easy to use and easy to clean after using it.

I never received my purchase even after complaining to customer service on phone

The silk pillowcase.s make my face sweat

The service was so easy ,the item came within the time stated and the product was as said it would be

I am still waiting to receive the item I ordered, it’s been 2 weeks since I ordered it.

I’m impressed with the quality and fair price of the silk pillow and duvet. The delivery was prompt too

I’m very happy with my new delivery and they look great on my bed

Vibration exercise plate is so heavy I can’t move or lift it . Once set up as soon as I stood on it the machine died .
Contacted shop on tv for refund which they assured me I will get, but having sought help to get the thing back in the packaging , have now been told I have to make a video of the machine not working . I have to get someone to help me get it out of return packaging due to sheer weight of the machine . The manufacturer will not sanction a collection until this has been done . Crazy .

I have a problem with my floor steam cleaner and ordered a replacement calc on line. This was the easy part. However when you want to speak to someone as I still have a problem there is no facility to chat on line. When I telephone it always goes to answerphone, therefore no wating in line facility. You leave a message and no one calls you back, very frustratingly.

Great product, quality Vibration Plate.
Delivered quickly, although the delivery guy initially refused to bring it up one flight of stairs. I explained that this is a block of over 55’s and must have looked pretty shocked as he ended up carrying to the top of my stairs.

Great customer service. Good value items

Excellent service and delighted with my air fryer

I couldn't wait to try Blue Magic, would it live up to my expectations? Guess what it did . I would recommend this, just brilliant!
I will be purchasing again

Great product and very quick delivery, thank you x

make sure you send all of what is offered

Product arrived on time and is as advertised

Order was dealt with very quickly, one lid was broken, and I only received one concentrate fragrance bottle, thought there would have been two, (ordered two sets of blue magic with complimentary fragrance.)
