I returned my goods after 8 days from ordering online using there returns label. I paid £139.99 for the goods plus £6.95 delivery making £146.94 in total and they only refunded £141.99 leaving me £4.... Näytä lisää

Disappointing service this time

I bought the steam cleaner before at a higher price, and it came within days, well packaged both parts in one box together, brilliant so happy that I didn't hesitate in buying it again for my daughter.
This time at the lowest price it's ever been, it came in two seperate boxes both bent in and in a poor state, plus it arrived over two weeks nearly three after ordering! Very disappointed this time! As its a present I've not opened it so I'm hoping when I see my daughter that it's actually OK and works as it should.

I used to use this company before

I used to use this company before, but lost the will due to a lot of hospital appointments and in- hospital problems.
I have used Blue Magic a lot before and so had my daughter, she thinks is better than slid bread,(As saying goes).
As regards of the channel ShopOnTV, I will be following that program from now on.

Purchase made & confirmed in 5th July

Purchase made & confirmed in 5th July. 5to7 days shipping!! Still waiting on product. Emailed a few times with no update asked for refund ladt week and still waiting. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. No communication poor customer service!!

Mis-sold silk products

The TV and online advertising for 100% silk pillows led me to buy. As soon as I opened them I could tell they were not the usual Mulberry Silk quality. The leaflet included states they are silk lined and polyester filled. This is not what is advertised. I have asked to return them but before told it’s not possible as I unzipped them from the packaging. Seriously unimpressed.

Great reliable company
