I notified customer service that one of my Berberine bottles arrived broken by shipping upon arrival and within 3 days a replacement bottle was shipped out. Great service!

I never received your product that I ordered and ask for a refund. I’ve been told that you’re working on getting my refund as quickly as possible and I’m taking your word on it. Since I didn’t get your product I decided to try something else. Thank you for giving me my refund as soon as possible.

I’ve rated 4 because I feel your company misleads customers a little bit. I ordered your products which I haven’t received as of 7/8/26, but checking on my order I seen where my order showed it to be a subscription order which I didn’t authorize, so that was why I was upset. You corrected the problem and Inwas satisfied.

They refunded me woth no problems when I didn't receive my shipment

Alina answered my question on 7/6/26 (ordered on 7/2/26). Then here we are weeks later and never recieved my product!! The Tracking # is fake! Had to call my bank.

Once I was able to speak to a live person, the request was fast.

Package never arrived and when I notified them, they immediately sent me another one. Customer Service was top-notch. Thank You!

I ordered the product. I realized that I can’t take it and I wanted to cancel it. They said it was being shipped. It finally came. The customer service was responsive, but you couldn’t get a slipped to return it, but they did give me back my money and they let me keep the product which I have no need for so all in all I have to say it was a decent experience
