I placed an order for your product on…

I placed an order for your product on July 6th. I never received my order. Maybe it was lost en route, not sure. I had to reach out to them before getting a reply. You would think they would know if the order had reached its destination. Once I reached out they were very responsive. I am really excited and can’t wait to see how the Millieum product works to detox my lungs.

Great customer service

Great customer service! Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the customer service team tracked my package and kept me updated throughout the process. Really appreciated their communication and support.

Tracking my order

Customer service was quick to answer my query, but still feel a bit let down by the lack of information on tracking and following where my item is, needs better updates, ordered on the 6th Aug got tracking information on 7th Aug to say it was on its way now the 11th Aug and heard nothing else

I would just like to say my experience…

I would just like to say my experience with nutrapure was very good I was advised by my doctor not to take nutrapure cutting mix so contacted customer service and they responded quickly to my situation and gave me a full refund would just like to to say thank you to the team. MRS R MORRIS
