Thank you for your review. I have investigated into this and we have since made improvements to our website on how customers are informed about backorders.
Although it was apparent when placing your order, we have made it more clear, bold and repetitive throughout the checkout process to ensure customers are aware that some items may be delayed.
We also have a dedicated page to explain how backorders work (https://www.shopcoffee.co.uk/backorders/). This would also have been apparent to you, but maybe not clear enough. This has also been improved to be more visible throughout.

Right product at reasonable price.
Only slight disappointment is that it took over a week to arrive. It was posted using Royal Mail tracked and considering the postage, paid by me, next day delivery was possible.
