I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week and they just keep charging me money. I have gotten zero response with 12 messages sent. Worst customer service ever.
Very strange company who blocks you from their IG page when asking where your product is after not shipping or delaying shipping. Terrible customer service. Its a real shame as their products seems to be really good.
Would leave zero stars if possible.
This is one of the shadiest and all around weirdest companies I have EVER dealt with.
I ordered 4 bags of their protein powder that took a month to arrive. (US shipping to US)
It arrived open and spilled all over the box.
I contacted them via their online chat and there was no response so I emailed. No response. I messaged them on Instagram, stilllll nothing but they are very active posting tik-tok influencer junk.
After commenting on their IG posts publicly, the person running their page asked me to DM them for help.
It took another week to hear back but they assured me they were escalating my case to support and I may just need to wait an extra day due to the Holiday. Another week went by with zero follow up on any platform.
I Started seeing others voicing concerns about missing orders and lack of customer support some stating they had to file fraud reports.
All of these comments are being actively deleted.
After posting once more on their Instagram asking for help and why my comments were deleted (They were non-aggressive and just asking for help/ update kind of comments.) someone from their "support" contacted me about a replacement order and asked for my address (Ai generated reply junk), then I was promptly blocked. I wish I could upload a screenshot of the chat that suddenly switched to "Instagram user" after I asked for an update and why they deleted the comments.
TLDR
-Orders take a long time to arrive if they ever do.
-They delete any negative comments on social media.
-They don't post negative reviews on their site.
-They do not have customer support.
-They will block you.
-They use AI "support" to reply to customer and probably run the entire "operation"
This is a social media shop eager to get that one-time sale and bail. If you aren't happy, that's fine! You can just be blocked.
You may recognize the name BEAM (supplements), this is the same company. Look up their SHOPBEAM profile on here. There's a reason they rebranded and don't talk about it.
