I get the Temu type cheap tat they sell but there’s a certain level of quality you do expect on somethings. It’s the customer service that lets them down it’s absolutely criminal. Any issues with orders they will reject your refund/return request immediately. Poor attitude and even when you contact a seller they will just close your case and pretend not to receive your replies. 0/5 never again.

TikTok shop is the epitome of worst customer service. I have bought several products and when it comes to the delivery carrier, I had no issues with UPS or USPS, except for Uniuni which reflects how a bad platform is teaming up with a bad carrier to create a disastrous customer service. Because of Uniuni , I have lost 5 packages that were delivered to the wrong address. Each time I had to provide a proof of my address many times to be able to get a refund. Despite the fact that this was a repeated complaint, Tik Tok did not address the problem. Instead of avoiding this incompetent carrier, they continued to dispatch them and they continued to drop off my packages at the wrong address. Each time this happened, Tik Tok took longer to give me a refund . Recently, another order was lost and Tik Tok has not approved my refund despite knowing that the package was not delivered to my address. . How long such a reckless and careless approach to such issues will last if you don’t take action against it?

I bought MANY ITEMS.. hundreds of dollars worth on tic tok..until l bought a knife...waited 2 months and never got it. I wanted it for a Christmas gift for my grandson. They will burn you....

Purtroppo sono cascato anche io in questa truffa ordinato una cosa da 19.95 e si sono presi 2 volte i soldi dal conto aperto segnalazione ma come neanche non comprate nulla e tutta una truffa

State lontani dagli acquisti su questo portale, se la merce arriva ok, ma se ci dovessero essere dei problemi per mancato arrivo, pezzi in meno ecc...non sono in grado di risolvere nulla.

Purchased two items off of the TikTok shop from the seller Ryan Maike. This person decided to start a shipping label the day I purchased the item and if you didn’t know once they start a shipping label you are not able to cancel the order or ask for a refund because according to TikTok shop the shipping label is already created fast-forward three days. No update items have not been shipped out. I finally get in contact with them and they tell me they don’t even have the item and I have to wait a extra couple days for it to come in IF I WANT TO and I said no, I don’t want to that should’ve been communicated that you didn’t have the item because I was expecting it on a specific date number one and number two. The item should’ve not been allowed to be purchased if they did not have it let alone a shipping label created so people can’t process a refund. When I asked him to cancel my order he responded “ you can do it yourself!” Which, if he had any common sense, he would know that I cannot because he decided to create a shipping label the day I purchased the item. After asking multiple times to process my refund, he completely stopped responding when I would go to TikTok shop customer service the virtual assistant, which is absolutely useless said that nothing can be done until the end of the estimate delivery date, which is in another three days. So not only did this person take my money they held onto my money had no plans on shipping. The item and TikTok shop does not do anything about it. They allow this kind of behavior for sellers to treat buyers.

Ich habe den Philips One Blade Intimate bestellt 29,99€ und habe es 2 tage später zurück geschickt!Ich warte 25.01 immer noch auf meine rückerstattung mein paket Hermes liegt zum weitertransport seid über einer woche in Osnabrück ihrgend etwas stimmt nicht,habe den fall auf paypal eröffnet sollte bis zum 13.02 meine rückerstattung automatisch bekommen!Ich bin mal gespannt.

I ordered two large items, and they arrived very late, I decided to return them as no longer needed. Once they arrived I returned them straight away. (Also was free return, but they returned the delivery money, but to send them with any company you had to pay a larger amount. I said fine as the products were more expensive).TikTok shop refused my refund request.
I will never buy something again from TikTok shop and you should not do it either.

Miserabel, habe produkte vom shop auf offline gestellt so dass ich maa ne pause machen kann aber trozdem wurden produkte verkauft !!! Das geld soll im shop bleiben reiner scam und hinhalten bis du keine einzahlungen mehr machst in 12 std dann wird dein shop gesperrt!

Ich habe etwas im Shop bestellt nach 14 Tagen kam die Nachricht Ware verspätet sich. Nach weiteren 14 Tagen keine Ware da. Ich habe nun eine Rückerstattung angefordert die Lieferung wurde storniert der Support weigert sich jedoch eine Rückzahlung zu veranlassen. Einen richtigen Grund kann mir der Hilfe Chat der auch nur aus irgendeiner Sprache fehlerhaft ins deutsche übersetzt wurde nicht geben.

Bestellung wurde erst nicht Versand. Und dann vom Portal storniert. Mal sehen ob ich mein Geld wieder sehe.

Ich habe bei AyeBeau eine 3D‑Brille gekauft und die Erfahrung war katastrophal.
Der Artikel wurde fristgerecht zurückgesendet, mit dem vom Verkäufer bereitgestellten QR‑Code, inklusive Hermes‑Nachweis und bestätigter Zustellung. Trotzdem hat AyeBeau sowohl den Artikel als auch mein Geld einbehalten.

TikTok teilte mir sogar mit, dass die „Rückerstattung durchgeführt“ wurde – aber auf meinem Konto ist kein einziger Cent angekommen.
Dann verlangte man plötzlich Fotos des Artikels, obwohl dieser längst zurückgeschickt wurde. Ein völlig absurdes und unprofessionelles Vorgehen.

Für mich ist das ein klarer Missbrauch und absolut inakzeptabel.
Ich kann AyeBeau keinesfalls empfehlen.

mettere una stella è un regalo piattaforma fatta per fregare i soldi e basta spiego ho fatto un ordine per 4 capi di abbigliamento non mi accetta l'ordine e lo ripeto a pagamento avvenuto mi accorgo che ha fatto due transazioni annullo subito uno degli ordini parte la procedura di rimborso impossibile rimborsare in quanto contemporaneamente ho aperto patica di recupero su paypal paypal chiude la pratica a favore di tik tok quindi chiedo il rimborso a loro la prima volta parlo con opertore mi dice di inviare documentazione di paypal che impossibile inoltrare via telefono in quanto troppo pesante il file cerco di ricontattarli e mi rispondono attraverso il virtuale che sono fruori servizio quindi non riesco più a parlare con nessuno persi i soldi almeno se ricevevo la merce me la potevo tenere
