Happy with the product and delivery. Only problem was that an essential pack of screws was missing and it proved difficult to obtain replacements, although l eventually did. Staff on phone were very pleasant.

I recently made a claim under the guarantee because my mattress had a dent in it. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response just a week later confirming that a replacement mattress would be sent.

The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. On the day of delivery, I was given a clear delivery window, the delivery team brought the new mattress upstairs, and they also took away the old one.

The service from Silentnight was excellent from start to finish. I was genuinely impressed and would have no hesitation in purchasing from Silentnight again in the future.

Best pillow I have ever bought, I gave 4 pillows away before this one , my son stole the CDB one off me which he says is fantastic answell so 5stars for both

The bed was damaged on delivery. I have contacted customers services and not received a reply.

Very poor. Was told upon purchases that if item was unsatisfactory, it could be returned for a refund or an exchange as I spoke to customer service, unsure of the product to buy and they assured me of this as it was a lot of money. However, when attempted to return, they did not answer emails for weeks, and when they finally did, I was told that this wasn't possible

I still haven't received my order.
To let you know I still haven't received the swatch. and it's now been another 15 days since you said it would be reposted.

A good selection of mattress topper to select from, easy to order and delivered promptly. The topper is comfortable and breathable.

Absolutely shocking delivery service, arrived 2 hours late at 10:00 p.m. at night with my mattress and dropped it off. Then I had another delivery guy knocking my door saying that he needed to take a picture of it and get a code from me which I hadn't even been sent. He rang the customer service line which literally said that they were closed after 9:00 p.m. yet he was stupid enough to try two more times just in case they were open because you know that's how it works obviously 🙄, beyond incompetent

Bought a mattress at a major retailer then found out it was twice the price from shop.silentnight, same mattress. This time went straight online, put in the size, picked the one I wanted and done. Delivered on time, removed the old one. Job done. And for a good price.

The finishing on my new duvet is terrible with large amounts of the fillings leaking out

We bought our item (tower fan) and it was shipped. The Couriers (Evri) then misplaced it and told us it would be delivered the next working day. This repeated for a week and they told us to contact the senders. Which we did, and nothing happened for another week. Then Evri decided it was lost forever and it was up to us to chase the senders yet again. So we did (again) and were refunded quite promptly. Two weeks for zero result. I bought a similar item in Sainsburys for less. Zero hassle.

Evri is a terrible company for delivery

My mattress came on time, I was well informed as to where the delivery was at all times. The staff were polite and respectful of my property. The mattress is so comfortable . Great service.

The pillow was really comfortable for about a week and then lost its shape and comfinesss. I am now getting neck pain from it.

Despite an email sent a week ago about an item purchased 29th May, which should have taken 2-3 working days for delivery, I am still waiting for the item to be delivered .
