We bought a ferre cooker fifteen months ago ever since we have had it we have been unable to cook food in the oven without it burning the food . bottom burnt and undercooked on the top .we got in touch with ferre all we got off them was a email asking for a video we asked them exactly what they wanted a video of .that was the last we heard from them.
We have now give up and the cooker is out the garden waiting for the scrap men to pick it up
It goes without saying that I would never consider buying anything from that firm again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid £14.99 for next-day delivery, placed my order, and expected the service I paid for. The item did not arrive the next day, even though the company claimed it had been dispatched.

Because of this delay, I had to book an engineer and pay for an appointment that was completely wasted. I then had to book another engineer for the following day, causing even more inconvenience and extra cost.

To make matters worse, I later received a message saying the parcel would actually arrive two days after ordering, not next day as advertised. If they cannot provide next-day delivery, they should not offer it or charge customers extra for it.

Overall, very poor service, misleading delivery promises, and no consideration for the customer’s time or costs. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Bought the gas cooker earlier this year. Hardly used the oven due to italways burning the bottom of whatever I'm cooking/baking.

We have had our new range cooker for 1 week. We opened the oven door and the whole glass door exploded! The glass literally flew around the room injuring my 3 year old. I contacted the company immediately, showing the photos of the damage. Their customer service is as appalling as the product, I’ve been told I can buy a replacement door. No apology and no offer of fixing the fault. Absolutely disgusting. I asked how I could complain and have been told WhatsApp is the only way to contact them. Do not waste your money!

Do not buy gas cooker faulty
Thermostat had gone. After many congratulations tx messages I had a reply sent pics of burnt food..I said come and get your cooker its faulty..the person said we will send an engineer out but you eill have to pay if nothing is wrong
I said its burning my food and I will not pay as its still under warranty
He said ok
The engineer come out and said its fine I said funny that as iv cooked with gas for over 30 years and this cooker is faulty..
Si I thougt I eoukd cook again and guess what it burnt my food
Took pics of the setting which was the lowest you can cook and still burnt
So I said pic your cooker up its in the passage and I wont a full refuned or im going 2 see my solicitor..
Within 3 days cooker was picked up and I had my refuned

Bought range cooker from Ferre, worked for about a month then element failed, replaced and again failed, I have been requesting a link to purchase another element but the customer service is atrocious to say the least.
I would not purchase another cooker from this company.

We purchased one of there freestanding cookers and it arrived missing parts and massively damaged. I got in contact via email and got a response fairly quick however after the fist few responses they stopped emailing back. I then had to use WhatsApp to message and after 3 days of very slow responses have been offered a replacement or refund with no sorry for the inconvenience. Very rude blunt messages too. Would not recommend to anyone really terrible experience.

Looking for a range cooker, I came across Ferre - now wished I hadn’t. Design looked good to go with my kitchen. However it DOES NOT WORK correctly in any way. Poor performing oven that is difficult to light, control knobs that are very clunky to use, hobs that are really inefficient and a pointless grill!! Do not buy a FERRE cooker.
I’ve been messaging the company with all info as requested. CONTACT HAS NOW ABRUPTLY STOPPED.

This company is fraud as I bought a range cooker from them last October and I received it packed well and I installed it last weekend as just my extension became ready for installation and we took all the packages out and starting to put it in its place when suddenly the oven door front glass exploded and glasses went over everywhere. So I tried to call them their number is a mobile number which a big question mark as this not a proper company. Secondly the phone didn’t ring. So I tried through their website which again through email and they replied back they dont cover it under the warranty which clearly a faulty product so I emailed them the whole story, but since then I haven’t heard back from them although I sent them another 3emails. So now I am starting contacting the trading standard agency to get involved. So by any means don’t even waste a penny with their Turkish products.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM SELLING COOKERS IN UK AS THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR DELIVERING TO N,IRELAND AND SCOTLAND OR ARE THESE COUNTRIES NOT IN THE UK THEY ARE NOT EVEN MADE IN UK TURKEY AND OTHER COUNTRIES

Absolutely terrible company. I never write a bad review because I always want to explore every opportunity to give the company a chance to rectify any problems but in this case, I felt compelled to.
Purchased a range cooker in September 23. When it arrived and the feet put on, it looked damaged but being in desperate need of a cooker, I had it installed. It worked well up until January 24 when the oven temperature switch had blown. When I contacted ferre, they said that I needed to take a photo of the serial number located on the back of the oven. This is a range cooker which had been built into the space so, along with 3 big lads, the oven was moved out of the tight space carefully. Doing so, the oven door front glass smashed on the oven which must have been caused by it being lifted up over the wooden floor which had been post-oven installation. Upon moving the oven, the serial number was not on the back of the oven but inside the oven door and so was given wrong advice about the oven having to be moved, which would not have caused the glass to smash. I contacted ferre who said thay they didn't actually need the serial number anyway and that the broken glass door was my problem. After some back and forth about this, I agreed to pay the 49.99 for a new piece of glass from them because at this point we were in April and I have 3 children in the house with no working oven for 4 months. They sent all the parts, including the new door and an engineer from an outsourced electrical firm were sent out to fix. When enquiring with the engineer, he was not even an electrician but had the oven totally to bits, messing with the electrics but tbh, at this stage I just wanted the oven working. He fitted the switch and the new glass, switched it on and whilst he didn't get it up to temperature, it was working and so I thought 'happy days'. The day after, I prepared our first roasting joint in 6 months, in my brand new oven which had not worked for longer than it had worked. With pork joint happily crisping away, I got on with preparing the veggies. With my back turned to the oven I heard an almighty bang and upon inspecting, it was clear that the inner glass of the door had exploded, with glass showering the beautiful looking piece of pork. Being very annoyed, I sent a number of emails to ferre about now replacing this oven because I had had so many different problems with it, and it clearly not being fit for purpose. They have now ignored my communications. This is a less then 12 month old, brand new, grade A rated oven which as stated, I have now been without for longer than I have been with. I would absolutely avoid like the plague.

Bought range cooker took 6 days to come. On installing 2 burners don’t stay on and the oven or grill won’t even light. Tried every method of communication phone calls WhatsApp messenger email they don’t answer. After threatening to take legal action eventually agreed a return. This also was a nightmare and have now escalated a pay pal case as they had the money back and I’ve not had a refund. Total scam company, awful ovens even worse customer service. Avoid like the Black Death

Ferre range cooker came in November 2023, looked amazing but grill wouldn't work. Tried calling and calling, emailed tried online chat nothing! Ended up getting someone to come out ourselves. Now the oven has stopped working this time someone eventually answered from their mobile number listed on their website. To tell us to WhatsApp a video of the problem and they will send an engineer. We sent a video they haven't even looked at the message! Tried calling and calling but now no one will answer. Tried their web chat still no reply! Stay clear!

They will sell you a used product then when you ask for a refund they won’t give that to you until they have checked it over? So they don’t send out used products, but yet I’m here having to make sure I package this rubbish back up in immaculate condition, why’s that? Because you’re reselling used products? Covered in scratches, rattling inside as something is broken, covered in dust and the customer service was one the worst I ever had to deal with, and I still haven’t got a refund! Instead of being decent and swapping this with a new one on pick up they have not done anything to help, having to take days off work to sort
Their mess out and they treat you as if you haven’t just spent money with them, don’t waste your time

Very bad performance. I bought 2 months ago and it has problem not lighting up in the morning hours. More importantly we are complaining to the supplier about it but even after more than two weeks and dozens of phone calls it has zero response. Not sure in other countries but Nepal it is the last choice for cooking stoves.
I request for action over the local supplier for their cheating behavior.
