Shoes are great with amazing quality. However delivery took almost a week longer than the expected arrival which was a pity.

Like the Picture
Very nice-looking shoe! The leather is soft, and I love these shoes. I'm waiting to see how well they'll hold up over time. I would say there's a slight difference in color compared to the picture.

Dear Andres,
we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
We checked and created an alert to solve this problem as soon as possible.
We chose BRT because they use electric mobility, which is perfect for our sustainable project, but it is a new experience for us.
We apologise again for the inconvenience and will contact you by email.
Edit: Order received.
Edit. Shipping was slow but on explanation I agree with the method used. It would have been nice to have had clearer tracking information as there was no updated tracking for over a week. The product is perfect as expected.
