José Pizarro Shop Arvostelua 

I bought a tasting hamper as a gift. The items were sat for two days at the courier depot so by the time the meats arrived they were not chilled at all. The packaging used (a thermal sleeve with no cooling matter) isn’t sufficient to sent fresh chilled goods.
The shop appears to be a one person operation and numerous phone calls and emails to all the email addresses on their website were not responded. I did get an email several days later with an apology. I’m waiting for a partial refund.
I wouldn’t use them again.

Excellent customer service. They responded very quickly to emails when a problem arose and showed great courtesy in sorting it out. Would definitely recommend.

Item was ready for collection on time and was as described. Very pleasant and helpful man at the restaurant, who even gave me a cotton shoulder bag to take away. I haven’t tried the paprika yet so can’t comment on its quality.

We have not received the parcel as of yet - 26/8.

Ease of ordering and pick up at the Swan

Excellent service

I purchased the paella chicken kit, it comes with a paella dish for 2, but the only recipe I could find to follow was for 3 people (listed on the site with the kit), so the dish was full to over spilling even though I tried to adjust the quantities. It made the experience not as good as it could have been. Why does the recipe not support the kit that has been purchased?

Following on from your response the marketing all suggested the kit was the way to purchase ingredients that once cooked would give as good a paella as possible with all the best ingredients supplied. It was only the chicken that needed to be purchased as not supplied in the kit. Without a recipe to follow it gave no value whatsoever.

Easy site to navigate, good choice and good information. Had enjoyed the wine in the bar in london and decided to buy some. Didn’t have to spend a fortune for free postage, and a super quick delivery. Excellent all round.

The products I bought - olives, paprika and Pedro Ximenes vinegar - were all excellent and delivery was quick. I should confess that when I saw the cost of delivery, which was about a third of the value of the products, I abandoned my basket but was enticed back by the offer of free postage . . . For which I am grateful!
