Curaprox Arvostelua 66

Ich liebe die Hydrosonic Pro, ist schon meine 2. Leider ist das Produkt nach einem Jahr kaputt, auch die 2 Hydrosonic lässt sich nach einem Jahr nicht mehr einschalten. Wenn das Gerät nicht bei curaprox registriert wird, obwohl es direkt im Onlineshop gekauft wurde, ginbt es keine Garantie, allerdings habe ich einen Rabatt erhalten. Jetzt beim 2 kaputten Gerät bin ich neugierig wie sich hier der Kundendienst verhält. Letztes Jahr war es sehr mühsam bis ich trotz Bezahlung mein Produkt erhielt. Gesamt gesehen bin ich sehr enttäuscht, dass so teure Produkte produziert werden und nach 2 Jshr Schrott sind!!! Ich werde mich nach neuem umsehen.

Brosses à dents qui ont perdu leurs piles par paquets. Le service client se moque complètement de vous et de votre problème. Ils ne répondent par aux email dont ils prennent connaissance je précise! J'ai jamais vu un manque de respect et de considération envers ses clients aussi évident. Je déconseille d'acheter chez eux ou leurs produits (commande numéro WPYGAVYTT)

Order was not delivered. its already 6th week. I have emailed 3 contacts, i have sent a message on their official page with no response from anybody.
Idc how is this business is still operational.

Ich habe mir die Hydrosonic Pro bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamten Ablauf.

Es gibt bei Registrierung des Geräts sogar ein Bürsten Kit der Wahl geschenkt und das Produkt ist wertig und gut.

I wish, I didnt shop from their website. It take almost 3 weeks for my items to be delivered. I bought toothbrush and paste for my son as he throw his one to toilet. I had to buy another brush while waiting for them to send it. I wrote 3 times on their website. No answer. (They wrote today when it delivered) I called twice and Finally they manage to dispatch. My advice is to buy yheir products from boots, waitrose type of shops. Even they walk to bring, it would take less time.

Same as the other customers- ordered on 2nd of January, after 2 months still didn’t receive my order, someone was respond 2 weeks ago that will send my order, finally got my money back just because I write about going to my bank for refund, horrible customer service!

I have been trying to contact your customer support department for a week now regarding my order that was placed on February 22, 2024, at 6:15 PM. I have not yet received any response to my emails or website inquiries, and I am unable to track my order via the Guest Tracking section. According to the expected delivery date, the order was supposed to arrive on February 28. I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation.
I am incredibly disappointed with the company

Same story as most customers - they just didn’t ship my order and disappeared. Ordered end of December , still no word from them, left several requests to their “support “. I was an old customer, always loved curaprox. Don’t know what happened to them, huge disappointment .

They stole my money. Order a few months ago, not replying emails... Horrible company

Auch wenn die Hydronsonic eine tolle Zahnbürste ist - der Österreich-Shop (Auslieferung: Slowenien) und Kundendienst ist eine Katastrophe. Ich habe 2 Schallzahnbürsten bestellt und eine mit kostenloser Rückgabegarantie zurückgeschickt. Zahllose mails und Anrufe seit Mitte November 2023. Außer Ärger gabs nichts- wurde mit der Rücktahlung hingehalten. Erst mit Hilfe von Paypal hab ich mein Geld im Februar 2024 zurückbekommen.

Like so many post on here I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received it yet. I have emailed used there online form with no reply. I note others have got replies on Facebook messenger so have tried this now.
Terrible service for a good product.

I have been buying from this website for past three years. To be honest I receive their orders in couple of days. Past two times it took a bit longer than two dats, but If you will email them asking for an update, someone is always helping out. Whoever left negative review, try to email them, link is on your email confirmation. Never took longer than 5 working days to receive my order.

I ordered 28th December and today is 30th January and didn't received my order. The customer service is awful, they saying we will send shortly every week. I asked refund and nothing. Well and this is Swiss quality

I have always found Curaprox products to be very good- however having just ordered online from their UK website I cannot say the same for their customer service. I ordered ten days ago and have only just received my goods. I had emailed the company three times and tried to call but no response. Appalling communication.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CURAPROX - wish i had seen these reviews before. I have not received the items I ordered over 2 weeks ago. I have requested a refund which they refused and they can not give me any information regarding my items - just that they have not left the warehouse. Disgusting service!!

Made an order on 1st January. Got an email confirmation of my order but no delivery. Chased with a couple of e-mails, and finally requested they refund me. Complete silence. Very bad customer service. Better to buy on Amazon.

Twelve days in and no item. I contacted them and received a reply from Riain Kerly.
Waited and still no order. Tried to call the number on her email but gos through to a different number then answerphone.
Asked for a refund. If not will contact my bank. Used the dental sticks from my dentist and they are good. What a shame.
Will update stars if and when I hear back from them.
Update. They have emailed me back with an apology and have cancelled my order. I await my refund and will update this when received. Their email was prompt and very apologetic in their defence. They are updating logistics and in transition to improve the service.

Falsche Zahnbürste bestellt.
Nach Rücksprache mit einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin hatte ich am nächsten Tag die gewünschte Bestellung. Dies ist wirklich sehr , sehr kundenfreundlich. Nochmals vielen Dank.
