Disappointingly dull and grainy print…
Disappointingly dull and grainy print quality of the uploaded photo. The service might be OK for bold, bright symbols, but I would not use it again with a photo. It cost £21, perhaps I should spend more next time. It does support at least 1 bit of alpha channel (transparency) which is good.

Saving a dude in a tricky situation
Really good didn’t realise it was from Germany and I live in England. It came really quickly and was signed for delivery as well which was good. Sadly due to not wanting to upset my girlfriend I order the shirt but ordered the wrong size. Knowing it was personalised with my cats on it I didn’t think they would take it back. I emailed them and got a response in 2 days says they were re printing it and sending it. Really happy with the service and speed and the quality is great.

After my order was confirmed I never …
After my order was confirmed I never received any further information except for the fact that my parcel was being delivered by courier DHL. Their tracking service wouldn't work at ANY time, giving an error message. When I finally contacted them at a cost of 7 pound per 10 minute they said the company in charge was actually Parcelforce. Shirtinator never mentioned this at any time and no details for this company where given (including their tracking number). Once I contacted Parcelforce they said an attempt of delivery was done 3 days before, but first of all they didn't follow the delivery instruction that Shirtinator asked me to provide (I wonder why they ask!) and secondly they didn't leave a card or a message providing me with any details at all (e.g. tracking number, collection point). Never again. Extremely poor service!

Do not use. Don't deliver and refuse to refund
Ordered a shirt which did not arrive. Contacted customer services and was told it was not their problem and I needed to sort it out myself. £20 down with no product. Order from this company at your peril.

Awesome quality, great print and quick delivery.
Top quality t-shirts used, I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for.
The print was exactly what I wanted, it looks great.
Delivery was by courier with a 1 hour time slot, very handy when you don't want to sit around waiting all day.
All round great service, highly recommended.
