Shirtinator UK Arvostelua 

Ordered some specific Chrisfmas designs. One of the shirts that arrived (after 2 weeks) is a women's shirt.

Just bad

Bought a T-shirt for my 3 year old for that cost 31 euro and it is absolutely disgraceful. The material is horrendous it's like a rag and the neck is that of a man's T-shirt.. it literally hangs off his shoulders!
I emailed them about it and explained my son couldn't wear a top with the neck so huge it would hang off him. They said they don't return money so tough basically, they'd credit me with my own money..
Never will I ever order from them again!

Company based in Germany, falsely advertising as “UK”. Do not order your stuff will take forever to come.

Are advertised as being UK, but actually prints in Netherlands (charges you more than any other similar business in the UK) and it take up to 2 weeks for the parcel to come in the UK....
Nonsense, scam, do not order.

im still not sure if its coming or not but i ordered a t-shirt and there's no information if its coming its not a huge deal its just something i spent a lot of money on

Looks Great and well printed but....
I should have checked thier size chart as a 4xl in most shops is big enough to fit me but for some reason, this 4xl is more like a 2xl so won't fit.
Didn't realise there was different sized 4xl till now as always found every other place I buy clothes from seem to use a standard size guide.

Order hasn’t arrived

Took very long time for delivery and tracking not very good but when eventually arrived item ok

I got an invitation from Shirtinator this morning to write a review of their service. I paid £10 for shipping ten days ago and still haven't received my order, so all I can say in response to the invitation is that Shirtinator took my money and I got nothing in return.

Just seen that shirtinator has replied and I want to stress that the only reason I wrote this review was that they sent out an email saying "you have received your order, please write a review" so I wrote the only review I could. My recommendation to them is either to look at a shipping service that reflects their premium pricing for delivery, or just to hold off insisting on a positive review until after it is likely to have arrived.

It said my t shirt has arrived but it has not haha! It has arrived in the UK when i check tracking (29/06/23) but i don’t actually have the t shirt, so why did you email saying i have?

It says my parcel arrived but it never came!!!

The t-shirt was very good quality and it was easy to customise on the website. When the first t-shirt did not arrive I contacted Shirtnator and Miroslava organised a replacement to be sent promptly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Shirt came up a little larger than anticipated but the print quality is excellent and nice cotton. Delivery took longer than stated but due to Brexit anything coming from Europe now takes an age.
Overall, very pleased and will be ordering again.

Customising a special shirt seems like a great idea, so I ordered one for my wife's birthday on Shirtinator. Positives: a) their website offered the best choice of shirts and customisation; b) the printing/ words were accurately produced. Negatives: a) delivery time was much longer than stated on their website - shirt arrived too late for birthday; b) there was no communication or tracking information provided - I was left in the dark; c) despite paying extra for premium product, the cotton material is so thin you can see through it. I have better cotton T-shirts at a quarter of the cost. In conclusion: a) this product is not worth the money I paid; b) this company does not provide a good or reliable customer experience; c) I would never ever use this company again.

I brought my granddaughter a bag, it arrived as stated, packaged well. Highly recommended

Had little bit of trouble with the delivery, after not receiving them when advised we had, but there has been postal strikes and once i had been in contact they sent out a new order and it was received today. the product itself is really great, the quality of the apron is really good an sturdy, and the printing is of a good quality i am happy wth my purchase, the 4 stars is because of the time it took more than the product itself.

Ordered a puzzle made from a family photograph. Puzzle was well made, we were happy with it but it came a few days after Christmas despite notification of it being posted on the 15th.

Ordered custom tee shirts on a Sunday, they were made and shipped on the Monday and a tracking number was issued. I was surprised to see that these shirts were shipped from somewhere in Europe. I had placed the order on what appeared to be a UK website. Hats off to Shirtinator for the very fast turn around, however where it all falls apart is the shipping side of things. My shirts have been stuck in the Netherlands now for nearly a week. If you are expecting to get something quickly plan ahead with this company. I have been told it can take 14 working days before I will receive my delivery. If that is the case it should be made prominent on the website, and alternative expedited shipping made available. The extremely fast turn around of one working day is meaningless if it takes 14 working days to receive it. Now I will be the first to say that Shirtinator is not responsible for the UK leaving the EEC, however I have purchased other things from Europe and they don't take 14 workings days (could be 3 weeks!) to get here. So someone has managed to crack the customs processing. Right now I am still waiting for them, and the event that they were going to be used at will likely be missed. I anticipate that the vendor should remain responsible for the transaction right through to delivery, not blaming a third party for the delay.

Still no refund even though I returned the T-shirt over two weeks ago. Would rather discuss this via email but you seem to have blocked me!

I bought a custom cup and it broke after one cup of tea, messaged on their site to try and get a refund but never had a response
