I had a hard shell golf case that was crushed during transport. My clubs were not broken, but the case was not usable again. I called them took pictures filed a claim bought a new bag since I had to have one to come back. I sent them the receipt. Two days after I sent them all the information I had confirmation that they would pay for the new bag. The whole price taxes included. They promised a check within 30 days and the check came yesterday just a few days after my clubs were returned from Florida the whole process was one phone call to a representative and everything else was done by sending photos and messages via text . It couldn’t have been any easier. After this encounter, I would definitely recommend ship sticks to my friend’s and family.

Damaged golf bag, again.

I’ve unfortunately lost my trust in Ship Sticks after my recent experience. My clubs were lost in transit with FedEx, and when they were finally returned to me, the condition they arrived in was extremely disappointing.

The original packaging I carefully prepared—complete with proper padding and protection—was completely undone. The clubs were repackaged in a flimsy cardboard box with no real protection. The club covers and the padding I had placed at the top were missing, and my towels and shoes were just haphazardly stuffed inside.

This level of carelessness is really concerning, especially when you’re trusting a service to handle valuable equipment. I expected much better handling and accountability.

We used the on line site to set up shipping and receiving of our golf clubs. They were picked up at our home and delivered to our hotel the day before our arrival. They were in constant communication with us letting us know when our clubs were picked up and delivered. From now on this is the only way we will travel with golf clubs when we fly. We cannot say enough about what an amazing first time experience this was and can guarantee it won't be the last!
