This is one of the worst companies I…
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. What appeared to be a simple promotional offer turned into a recurring monthly subscription charge that I never intentionally signed up for. The entire process feels deceptive and designed to catch customers off guard.
After noticing the charges, I contacted customer service multiple times to get the issue resolved. Every response felt like it came from a robot. I was repeatedly asked the exact same questions over and over again, even though I had already provided all the requested information in previous emails. I dealt with multiple agents, yet nobody seemed to read the conversation history or take ownership of the issue.
Instead of helping customers, they make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel and obtain a refund. The experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable.
If you’re considering using this company, read the fine print very carefully. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I did not authorize them to take money…
I did not authorize them to take money out of my account. Their info popped up when I was ordering from another website. I tried to call today to tell them to stop charging me because I did NOT make an account. I was trying to speak to an actual person because their website says support is 24/7. All I got was their AI bot going in circles. I finally called my bank and asked them to put a stop on ALL Shipments Free transactions charged to my card. I will NEVER do business with a company like this!

I have requested them to refund and no response
I have requested them to refund the $27.69 AUD they debited to my account without my knowledge of their so called service.I did not request it and I am unable to access their web page as the Bigpond service does not recognise the email address. This is the biggest con and somebody should shut them down.

Company tricks you into paying money…
Company tricks you into paying money for a subscription without being transparent about it. Any company who needs to be deceitful to get money out of you deserves to be called out.
BE UPFRONT about your service and maybe everyone online wouldn’t be calling you a scam company.
