I love the ease of the website

I love the ease of the website. Everything is very simple. I joined with a lifetime promo that they unexpectedly canceled so now the prices are no longer the best option out there. I hate to switch services because of how simple and easy ship.com was.

Ship.com is very reliable & customer…

I have been with Ship.com since 2017 when they were Zensales! Ship is very reliable, easy to use & customer service is very quick when there is an issue. Lexie responds to emails very quick!
Postage pricing could be a little better if they’d remove the surcharge that no other shipping platform charges.

Overall Ship is a good platform for small businesses.

Easy To Use

I am new to ship.com and it has been hassle free!! Pretty self explanatory and I’m currently using the free option, but shipping daily I am going to get a subscription soon!

I love the ease of the program

I love the ease of the program, the tracking is so detailed that you know where your shipment is at any time. Customer service is great, they get back to you quickly and give clear directions to solve any problems I’ve caused myself.
