Love the suits ,arrived quickly love them.

My item didn’t get delivered it got delayed and then didn’t get delivered.

Delivery was really quick. Just the dress length was too long .

I bought a beautiful outfit but it arrived with the matching purse missing. I emailed customer service (who were brilliant) and they sent it out in a few days. Would definitely shop here again.

The Measurements on the Website are wrong & very confusing & need to be Reviewed. Going by the measurements on the Website, I ordered the garment I wanted. Of course, when it arrived, the garment was too small as the Measurements on the Website are incorrect. I spoke to a Staff member, who was very helpful, for a Replacement garment The garment I wanted was advertised on the Website as being In Stock but after I had already placed my Order, I was told that it could not be located in the Warehouse so could not be delivered. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. I am giving 1 Star for the Staff member who was very helpful.

Very good service the dress I ordered online was the exact same as the one I saw in store. The delivery was very fast too I would recommend shopping at Shiffonz. :)

Delivery was great was on time and quick however am disappointed with the outfit. The colour on picture was different - the top had a mark on the back of the neck some black mark. The scarf also had a mark. The sleeves should not have had lining but the suit that arrive had lining.

I won’t be shopping with shiffonz again

I bought this suit at your Bradford branch I only wore it for a few hours (4) at a birthday party just a few hours from both salves of the suit the thread came out of it is not worth it's a waste of money wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Try to call them didn't answer the phone calls I sent them a message on WhatsApp but never got a replay back

Do not use the tailor at the shop, absolutely had no idea how to stitch, she ruined an expensive suit after she lied and said she was a professional tailor of 20 years experience. I trusted her as I was a regular customer at Shiffonz and she represented Shiffonz but I think she had no clue.I went to the shop to tell them of my experience the manager was meant to ring me back but never did. I only used this tailor as she was working in their shop as their tailor!!! Do not be fooled by her. She was aggressive when asked to replace suit and didn’t not acknowledge her mistake. Shiffonz should not hire anyone who represents them in such a poor and unprofessional manner. Birmingham store.

The manager at the Birmingham Shiffonz branch was super unprofessional and unhelpful - I think her name was Suraya. We bought a suit and they did the tailoring, when I tried it on it after the tailoring, it looks like the inside has been completely worn and torn - there are fuzz balls all over the inside and there's fabric hanging off - the tailoring itself is fine. However, I showed the manager the bad condition of the suit and compared it to a duplicate suit in the store and there was clear differences between the wear and tear on my one (the other one looked clean and unworn). She said there was nothing they could do as it had been tailored and in general she was very rude. She tried to tell me it happened because people try on the suits and because it hangs against other suits but this is obviously not the case from the condition of the suit because it's completely worn and it doesn't happen from people just trying them on - it looks like they were switched and the new one was put back on for sale. I have never been so disappointed and will never shop here again. Better avoiding and going somewhere else. I regret paying her.

Rubbish customer service. Placed a big order Nd they took my money and rhen told me 2 were unavailable and haven’t bothered to refund my money!!!
