Great experience. I guess some of the Karens below just want to vent? I called about my order, was given a 909-764-8071 phone number, texted them, and got a response within 24 hours. Told them I was inquiring about my order, got a quick update and my package arrived with jeans and shoes.

Just canceled my order no reason. Very disappointed.

Shoes not shipped while a month or will be more , still now

An unsung company with no answer even if you ask. There was a delivery delay for a month. There was no reward. It is really the worst online shopping mall. Also you can not solve the problem by telephone and email.
Perhaps the employees of this company are lazy.

Shiekh employees were extremely rude today. We received no help at all. Three employees in the store right now and all they did was talked to one another. They never said hi, nor did they offer us any help, so after five minutes of waiting for help we left and went over to Champs. We gladly spent our money in Champs. Down with Shiekh, dont even go in there. They deserve no star. Their employees only get paid to talk to one another and not help you buy anything. Guess they are not selling.

Horrible service . Ordered my shoes last week and saw after 4 days I still had no confirmation on my order or shipping information but made sure to charge my credit card . I emailed , no response back . I then called asking about my order and was told they are looking into one of the shoes that is out of stock . Was told that they don’t know when I will get my shoes and that they are still working on it . So they charge me and tell me they will call by the end of the day to get you off the phone . Two days have gone by and still waiting . I will never order from this company again.

Your service was relatively quick, however, the fact that these shoes were unisex did not appear until toward the very bottom of the ordering process, and the color was clearly very feminine, so nobody would have known. When the incorrect size arrived and I had to return, there was an additional fee of almost $8 to exchange. No return postage-paid label was included, so it cost me an additional $15 to return. I ended up paying a lot more than the purchase price just trying to get the correct size. They were a gift and were not here for the birthday, so that was also a disappointment. No, I do not intend to purchase anything else from this site.

Would have given 4 or 5 stars but when I ordered my heels the shipping said free even when I placed my credit card info it said free shipping. then I received a confirmation email stating I was charged a $9 fee for Shipping... that was the first issue I explained the situation to customer service who at first said well you have to pay for shipping, and I again explained to them its not ok to advertise free shipping on a product then throw fees in after the product was already purchased that's a scam. customer service then said ok this one time we will give you free shipping, like if it was my mistake that they advertised free shipping. something needs to be fixed with that issue, Check your CONFIRMATION EMAILS when ordering from here you may be getting charged for something you were not originally charged for!!!!

I order 2 pairs of shoes sooooo scared that the site wasnt real or that they weren't going to be true to size. I have a small foot so i loved that this site starts at a size 5, most sites start at a 6. I got my shoes within a week and they looked exactly like the picture! Will deff be ordering again asap.

Shipping was super quick. Ordered 2 pairs of heels I have been eyeing for over 2 months for $30. My favorite site to order shoes with fast shipping!
