I had a large order with Shevag. I insured the delivery through their ordering process but never received the package. After weeks of arguing, they admitted it was delivered to the wrong place. They still wanted me to pay for part of the order because of their profit margin. Obviously I refused. Now they have stopped all communication with me and I have not received any refund. Don’t order from theses people. They are not legitimate.
I order from shevag way back the beginning of October 2023. And I still not received my orders. I paid for several items and never received them. And I haven’t gotten my money back yet either. This company is a scam. I will never order from shevag again
Total scam! I've placed 3 orders with them on Oct 1st and 3rd. It's now November 17 and I have yet to receive anything! You email them and you get an automatic reply saying their inbox is full. You can't track your order as it doesn't work. I've complained and attempted to contact them many times. Now, as of yesterday, the website is gone! All I get is a site that says opening soon. So I'm assuming I've lost $200+! Facebook should make sure these shopping ads are legit rather than letting any scammer to advertise!
Before the website changed I took screenshots of each order and each credit card purchase.

This company is a scam,they gave me a tracking number,I was checking everyday for my package,they say was delivered it wasn't,they took my money,lied about their service,and got More money in their pockets by lying and stealing,this package was never sent to me,this company is not a trusted company it's a fraud company.

I order some clothes I got a tracking number it showed it made it too Los Angeles but the post office said the number was fake always use PayPal thankfully I got my money back but I will never trust any of these sites again?
This company is a scam. I was stupid enough to get caught up with the cheap prices. Someone needs to stop people from scamming. We all work hard for our money so some thief can take it from us.
