Overpriced and hard to cancel. They billed me for months after I tried signing up for one month. I never used their service. There's better services and this is heavily overpriced.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS -- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Although I forgot to cancel the subscription, they still were willing to help me and refunded the subscription.

Leetcode has some pretty deceptive practices regarding billing and subscriptions. They purposefully hide the cancellation and turning off auto-renew. I know this because when I sign up for things like this, the first thing I do is turn off autorenew or cancel. And I couldn't do it. And of course they also don't send a reminder that you are renewing, they just snag your money and there's nothing you can do. What does it tell you about the value of this product if they do that

Spamming clickbait with total contempt for users, their privacy, and their rights. Total disregard for GDPR. Awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Even when I selected to delete my account, they made me wait two weeks, as if I was going to change my mind…and in the meantime they ceremoniously abused my email address with copious amounts of unsolicited email that I never even signed up for. I selected unsubscribe, but still, they just ploughed on with their abuse. They are just arrogant, ignorant, TRASH, with a desperate and deranged culture.

I was banned from the competition after submitting my own solutions. I develop my solutions in a local IDE, test edge cases, and measure execution time to ensure near‑optimal performance. Despite my diligent efforts, I was recently banned.

In response to my first ticket, I was told I was banned for using outside code (my templates? my IDE?).

In response to my second ticket, after my first ticket was closed without the opportunity to respond or inquire further, I was told that my code was similar to another competitor’s. With over 34,000 competitors, I have no doubt that some solutions will inevitably resemble each other.

Customer support has been horrendous. As a CS professor at a highly selective and reputable university, I will candidly share my opinion and LeetCode experience with my students. Furthermore, I have canceled my paid subscription and will no longer support the use of their platform.

i paid $150 to for the explore/learn page over all the DSA's, upon unlocking the sections you needed to pay for, for example, the graphs page. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. You would think the person in the videos was writing with his opposite hand. It takes the focus away from learning and puts it onto the lack of effort put behind the video explanation. You would think paying $150 for a premium especially to learn would provide something with effort. Wrong. I am left un-motivated, my 4 year old has better hand writing, ambigious letters on screen, clumsy and chaotic markings explaning the way the code bounces around. Horrible. Im writing this 2/5 review instead of studying and learning. Disappointed. Greatly.

Every time I write code and submit; it shows Memory Limit Exceeded or Time Limit Exceeded.

Great website for learning how to code and practicing for job interviews. Furthermore, great customer support. Would recommend for people who wants to learn and practice algorithms.

Lots of clear problems, good catalogue with filters, great editorial explanations. I use it to prepare for interviews, I don't care about cheaters. Most Explore topics are good, but some are outdated and poorly structured

low quality questions. infested with cheaters, new grads, bad solutions and discussions. If you are above the age of 21 using this site, shame.

I'm new to this website and returned to coding after my Masters after 2 or 3 years. I believe this is a very good website to brainstorm your studies mind and give your brain a good push to think.

I contacted customer support to get an invoice for my subscription, but was met with dead silence. They can't even come up with a simple invoice? Unbelievably bad experience and makes me doubt how legit their whole business is. What are they hiding?

Edit: They finally replied and sent me an invoice after a week, but with pretty vague specifics. They wouldn't even list an address for their business.
