Very sorry I subscribed. Constant messages, that are unwelcome. If I want to shop I don't need messages blocking up my phone. Please stop before I remove the app completely.

Haven’t received my parcel and tried to phone customer service. Unfortunately they kept me hanging on to cut me off. This has happened 3 times now! Not very happy with the service. I don’t want to speak to AI on line I just want them to track my item or refund me. Contacting them seams impossible! I won’t be using them again! I have contacted the delivery company several times and again they keep saying they will investigate and get back to me but never hear from them!

I want to highlight a concerning experience with Shein’s returns process. I mistakenly returned a high‑value item using the return label issued directly by Shein. Their warehouse confirmed receipt of the parcel, yet for more than two weeks I was repeatedly informed that they were “still searching” for the item.

This explanation is neither reasonable nor professionally acceptable. It reflects a significant breakdown in operational oversight and raises questions about the integrity of their returns management. The responses provided have been circular, lacking clarity, and have not demonstrated any meaningful effort to resolve the matter.

To make matters worse, their telephone contact is as good as useless. You can never reach an actual person, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible.

Based on this experience, I advise customers to exercise caution when returning items to Shein, particularly those of higher value. The handling of my case has been disappointing and does not inspire confidence in their processes.

I am extremely more disappointed by the your response. You have been swift and active in responding to negative reviews online, yet you have shown no genuine effort to resolve my issue or improve customer satisfaction.

Despite your claims, no email was ever sent to me, and your communication has been evasive, repetitive, and manipulative. I feel genuinely hurt by how deceitfully this matter has been dealt with.

I returned the item using the label you generated, and your warehouse confirmed receipt. Yet you continue to insist you are “still searching” for it. This is unfair; unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of regards for customer patronage.

I will be escalating this matter to additional agencies, including Trading Standards, as your handling of this situation raises concerns about transparency, accountability, and fair trading practices.

I expect a clear, honest update and immediate resolution.

I am writing this review to warn UK buyers about SHEIN's complete disregard for consumer law. A significant part of my £149.25 parcel went missing (£104 worth) within their courier network (Evri). Evri opened an internal investigation over a month ago and has failed to resolve it. The only "proof of delivery" provided was a picture of my parcel box — not my parcel.

When I contacted SHEIN for a refund or replacement, they refused to help, stating the package "left their warehouse intact."

Under Section 29 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is legally responsible for the goods until they are physically delivered into the hands of the consumer. Disclaiming responsibility just because it left your warehouse is unlawful. I have now been forced to escalate this breach of contract to my bank as a Section 75 credit dispute.

Appalling service. Do not buy from them if you want your items to actually arrive.

I'm absolutely disgusted with Shein's customer service. They sent me a parcel with quite a lot missing items which was clearly noticeable on the picture from proof of delivery but still declined to give me a refund. The items were worth about £180 so it's a massive loss for me.
Will not order from Shein ever again!

Robbed!

I bought an item for £133.84 and it wasnt the right size for me and returned it guess what, they only refunded £13.38. When i contacted to ask why havent i been refunded full amount they said the item was defective. I told them i have never worn the item but they have refused it. So i told them could you send me the item again they said no and kept my money and the item. I feel like i have been robbed and it feels terrible. I will never shop from here anymore. I dont even review places and websites but i have to let you know be careful.

three dresses i ordered all three dress stunk of indian take away washed and dried couple of times to get smell out problem was when i had washed them and tried on all three dresses all of them was covering my feet way to long i am normal height i could not return waste of money

I bought 5 different tops from Shein as I couldn’t find any nice strappy tops any where. They arrived quickly however I have had to give them all to charity as the quality was awful and they were all shapeless. Will never shop from them again.

I don’t think there is anything you can do to fix this purchase. I would have been happy to pay higher prices for better quality and fit.

Clothes were poor quality and didn't meet description. Items were returned but no confirmation of refund was provided.

I’ve been struggling to find wedge heeled sandals without a strap at the back - nothing in town or on Amazon. Found the SHEIN website and they had just what I was after. Ordered 4 pairs, very cheap, and thought I’d be lucky if two were ok. But all 4 fit and look great. Very happy customer.

I’ve always loved ordering off SHEIN , but sometimes clothes don’t always fit because the material is too big or small which is understandable , so for the first time I thought I would refund instead is wasting my money , they send me a email saying I can only have £10.10 back not £159.37 as the items has been verified as incorrect or missing when I know for a fact I put everything into the parcel bag and they all might not of been in there barcode bags but I tried my best to match them all , I’m so upset . After so much money wasted I don’t think I will be buying from SHEIN again .

I love Shein and the clothes they make. However, some items are clearly for VERY short people (I'm 5ft 2 so short myself) and their sizes are all over the place. I have bought clothes 2 sizes up from what I usually purchase, to allow for layers and they don't even fit without anything underneath. I've always been a size 6 shoe, and sometimes are with Shein footwear, but I have bought many pairs that I have had to give to a friend, who is a size 4.5-5. They really need to keep their sizes the same as one another for all items, this will stop returns.

Still not able to give full 5 stars but this company is one of the best places to find something cheap but good quality.

Easy to buy and easy to return

I ordered 21 items from Shein, but when my parcel arrived, four of the items I had paid for were missing. To make matters worse, I received two items that I had never ordered.
I contacted Shein immediately, but for two weeks they repeatedly insisted that all items had been correctly packed and dispatched, refusing to properly investigate or offer any real assistance. As a long-term, loyal customer, I found their customer service completely unacceptable.

I eventually contacted Klarna, who paused my payments while the dispute was investigated, and Trading Standards, who advised me to send Shein a formal letter requesting either the missing items or a refund. Only after I informed Shein that Klarna had stopped my payments and that Trading Standards were involved did they suddenly agree to investigate my claim. They eventually admitted the issue and refunded me for the four missing items.

After sharing my experience, I discovered that many other customers have reported similar problems, with some saying their issues were never resolved.

Customers should not have to involve payment providers or Trading Standards just to receive the items they paid for or obtain a refund. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Shein. I will never shop with them again and would urge others to think carefully before ordering.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have ordered from SHEIN for quite a while and on my last order 2/3 items were missing. SHEIN are refusing to refund as they say they have verified my items were not missing and adding insult to this they suggest via the live chat to recheck the back like I am that stupid I would miss 2 other items in a bag with only 1 item! Now have to go through the painful process of logging a dispute with my credit card company. Seems from online forums this is a common occurrence.
