Zero customer service or understanding when things go wrong - and they do go wrong! I would not recommend and say save your money and go to a professional salon. I agree with you get what you pay for and it may seem cheap but it costs more long term when they botch things up. I also question the hygiene and cleanliness of the gowns etc
I had an amazing hair cut today with Lida at Sheetal Northwood branch 👍
Lida has been exceptionally good , professional and highly skilled . She did also dye my hair previously which has been one of my best hair colour ever !!!
I would recommend her to anybody who has not been to Sheetal yet .
She made my day today ☺️ and she made me totally ready for New Year celebrations 🎉🥳

I go to the Edgware Sheetal's and have been for a long time....Sangita is the best beautician and Rahana did my hair today and am very pleased with it.
Sheetal carried out the procedure herself and was exceptionally friendly, polite, and professional throughout. She offered valuable advice and made sure I felt comfortable at every stage. I truly appreciated her care and expertise—thank you!
I can't speak highly enough of Radhika at Sheetals! She's an absolutely exceptional beautician. Every time, Radhika is so efficient with her work, and her knowledge is just incredible – she offers the best advice for both skin and hair. Beyond her skills, Radhika is such a lovely lady; it's always a pleasure to see her. If you're looking for fantastic service, ask for Radhika!
I went to Sheetals in Northwood for waxing. Anita did a fantastic job - very professional and friendly. The room however was very disappointing - in desperate need of a makeover or at the very least, fresh paint!
I have been goi g to this salon for long time. I booked a hair appointment for my sons 18th, went to the appointment to find there was no hairdresser and the appointment was made weeks before. They wrote incorrect number so couldn’t call. Spoke to the manager Ketan told him I needed to be compensated told me he would call me back in an hour 3 weeks later still no call and I’ve called many times and still not called. Staff make mistakes but the Bad management is even worse not how you teach your staff show example.
I love to go to Sheetals Salon, it’s so close by and all ladies working there are so lovely. I’m a regular in getting hydra facial, it’s so refreshing and recharging. I always go to my favourite girl Sangita, she is giving the best facials. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend at all. I came for roots and they turned my caramel usual hair colour to red so I went back for them to fix it and they made it bright orange. I had to go to another professional salon to get it fixed. I lost alot of hair after they coloured the roots twice incorrectly. Just shows how inexperienced and unprofessional this place is.
Most Worse saloon Sheetal in Kingsbury branch. I did hair keratin treatment but the results is same nothing different in my hair. After a week i called she(suzi) said you can pop in whenever you come in Kingsbury bcoz m not local. After a 25days I went over there and she the lady who done my hair she is so rude to me and my husband spoke with owner he is Rubbish man. No manners how to talk with customer. I highly recommend to don’t go here go Munni saloon just next to the cakebox in Kingsbury.
Worst haircut ever! Avoid at all costs. The hairdresser left me with uneven hair, and told me "layers cannot be blended with the rest of your hair". I literally looked like a mushroom walking out of there. Sheetal the manager was there, and I told her I was not happy-she agreed with the hair dresser and said I need to pay the full price. Even the other people in her salon seemed to be shocked at what she did to my hair. I had to book an appointment at HOB straight after with the director and she told me she was shocked at what they did to my hair and that it was extremely uneven-resulting in me having to go really short!
Not happy. Even my fringe was not straight. She barely spoke to me so I had to tell her what I wanted. When giving my hair curl she hung 5 hair brushes from my hair? 2 of which were tangled when taking these out. My daughter is always happy with them, but I am most definitely not
