Barrage of reminder emails even though invoice paid

Invoice paid on day of receiving it but since then have had constant “Reminder emails “
Phoned office twice and sent numerous emails but still “Reminder emails “

UPDATE 12/11/25
I was contacted by Mathew the CEO who looked into it
It was an error that was caused by payment software and they had no way of knowing that I was still receiving reminders
Apologies were made and excepted

Excellent service

The service was excellent and sorted out the problem with my chainsaw. Polite staff that makes a difference.

Friendly and helpful service

Friendly and helpful service from start to finish.
The post hole auger worked brilliantly and was in excellent condition.
No issues on return and balance refunded onto card with no problems.
