I'm so pleased with the things I bought. I was also pleased the use of plastic wrapping was minimised to ship them. Louise's kind "thank you" card was very charming.

arrived fast, beautifully packed and with a personal note - what great service - and a beautiful product

The console is gorgeous and the service excellent! Thank you to Louise and team for your followup.

Such a beautiful piece. It completely makes the entire room! Quick shipping and a well-made product.

Haven’t received my order yet and so far am very pleased with shipping efficiency and updates.

I love my chair. It arrived in perfect condition. The cushion is colorful and charming. The finish on the chair is deep and adds sophistication. Very pleased with the whole experience

Loved meeting Louise and seeing her Collection in person.

For starters I was amazed at the speed the Hadley tray arrived on my doorstep following my purchase. The unique shape and detail of this piece make for a fun way to warm up my butler's pantry.

First order didn’t arrive and they quickly replaced it. The pink pitcher is so beautiful and I love looking at it every day!❤️

Beautiful and well-made products. I've ordered the Adeline side table, and I'm absolutely in love with it!
The assistance is brilliant.
I highly recommend it!

Absolutely delightful to
Work with and beautiful items

Fast service and delivery. Product was well packaged. The rattan tray and planters are lovely. However, they are a bit light weight. I was expecting them to be more substantial for the price.

Amazing customer service and amazing product!

Definitely a 5 star experience only because 5 stars are the most you can get. This entire transaction was just perfect. We saw your product in a magazine display where you had taken the opportunity to include specifics in the back of the magazine about it and how to get more information( like background & how to order). It took less than 20 minutes to order which included order copy and delivery information to the USA plus a note letting me know they were short on cups. So far they had already achieved 5 star status - everything they did was about selling product and becoming a long term vendor ! From what I have seen so far products all appear to be fresh and unusual. Over dinner I excitedly told my husband I had discovered a new source. We both agreed that in this economy stores all needed to aim for 5 stars to keep their customer base coming back. Delivery of the order was met with great anticipation and some worry as 1/2 of one box was crushed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a note from the carrier saying they had repacked the entire box and had found no concealed damage. It is correct to say that the original packing was the best we had ever seen. The packing materials were excellent and the packing organization meticulous. Good Luck to this vendor, it is obvious that anything less than 5 stars isn't in their vocabulary . We'll be back!!!

From start to finish a wonderful customer experience: my order arrived on time, was well packaged and I’m delighted with it! Thank you - would highly recommend.

Excellent service, prompt delivery and gorgeous website!!

Gorgeous small bowl, carefully packed and delivered in no time. Highly recommended!

Really great service, speedy response and beautiful products delivered promptly and really well packaged.

Celia is exceptional at her job. She helped me purchase the Alegria set and she made my dreams come true being able to source it after it sold out so quickly. I cannot thank her enough and I most definetly will be a future customer of the brand. Thank you Celia.
