Broken frame
The frame arrived with the glass broken. The parcel was well packed but I guess the glass was too fragile.
I've already been in touch to ask for a refund or a replacement.

Used this company for the first time to buy an album I couldn’t find anywhere else on account of its size. The service was excellent; delivery was so speedy and I am so happy with the items. They also had a special on which gave me 4 items for the price of 3. I will certainly be using Kenro again. I am most impressed with the service and the products. Thank you.

fashion . I expect no less from an online provider.
I was impressed with the packaging which is required to ensure that the product arrives in good condition.
It was rewarding to find a product that I had last bought some 35 or 40 years ago was still available.
